Pleasant. Good food & prices.
Unfortunately didn't stay to eat because of the unprofessional service I received. The two greeters in the front were rude and untrained to deal with customers. I requested a stand alone table and was offered a booth. My mom is handicapped and can't sit in a booth. When I asked for a table they began speaking to each other in Spanish about me and my mom. (I'm bilingual they didn't know that). I will never visit this location again.

Here’s a honest review:
For the cost of $62 for dinner this was downright awful.
Two somewhat good meals were the pancakes and the side of pork sausage.
The downside to the food order was the impossible sausage breakfast. The sausage was cold, over medium eggs were more like over hard, we asked for dry toast and it came out burnt and saturated in butter. The only good thing was the side of seasonal fruit that comes with the meal.
Service: Luke W. was great. Very attentive, polite, friendly and very helpful.
For the amount of people that were in the restaurant the food should have been excellent and not mediocre.
Wouldn’t recommend this location to friends or family

Look as if my french fries were recooked or overcooked. I pacifically asked for a kids meal with happy face plan pancake however the pancake came with no happy face and chocolate chips.
Honestly people make mistakes ; however the servers look for tips, meaning they should pay attention to the food that they are serving, and what they’re customers ordered!

Absolutely ridiculous. They wouldn’t see us because my boyfriend had to run it out to get my jacket which they saw him knowing that I had two kids under the age of three will not eat here going to Denny’s and I didn’t appreciate them speaking in Spanish. I’m fluent about the situation.

Yesterday, my granddaughter, who was born with down syndrome wanted pancakes for her 13th birthday. We hopped in the car and went to the local Mays Landing IHOP for breakfast. During our order we let our waitress know that it was Hope's 13th birthday. From that point on the staff made the rest of her morning magical, from the :-) birthday pancake to the birthday serenade. I wish I had got all their names so I could thank them personally but they know who they are and from the bottom of my heart thank you. You made my granddaughter the happiest child on the planet yesterday. Oh yeah, the food was pretty good too
It was a thirty minute wait for a table they said would take ten minutes. Then after getting to the table it was another 35-40 minutes for our food. I was up charged for things that made no sense, whatever that was fine but then it took another fifteen minutes waiting for someone to get the check and I wasn’t allowed to go up and pay myself. Overall bad experience, maybe it was the time of day we went but I won’t go again.

I usually hate ihops. They are often extremely cramped and loud and serve undercooked or bad food.
This was the best ihop ive ever been to. We will make it a point to go out of our way to go here from now on. The space between tables to walk makes a huge difference, the food was excellent, and the service top notch. It was the best breakfast we've had out in a long time. Get the steak tips!

Stopped in on our way home from a trip to eat — I love ihop & im never one to complain for as I work in the restaurant business over 10 years now myself as a server. There were 4 of us, 2 adults 2 kids, the hostess didn’t seem friendly lol we asked for coffee but didn’t get a craft of coffee for some reason. Just two cups filled. Were we supposed to ask for a pot ?? I ordered the steak with eggs, asked for French fries instead of hash browns for my meal & had to pay an extra $1.29 for the substitution which it’s not the money, it’s that I’ve never had an up charge anywhere before to switch out for another potato ? Nor is there an indication of money up charges for breakfast substitutions on the menu like such. I asked for over easy eggs, the waitress repeated it back to me but I still got over hard cooked eggs. My steak was a bit too tough to cut. The waitress, though polite, never checked on us again and seemed to lack attentiveness. I share this meal with my son all the time, I really only enjoyed my tres leche pancakes as always but over all I was unhappy with the experience at this location. I normally leave 20+ automatic as a tip. I was nice enough to still leave a 10 while unsatisfied, wasn’t entirely the servers fault, perhaps better management & training is in need. Like I said I work in this industry & my experience here was odd. I wouldn’t recommend this location personally.
