Server was absolutely horrible. First we asked the server to move us to a more comfortable table. 5 people at a corner booth with a chair on the end, doesn't work when 3 of the five are over 6' tall. She shrugged her shoulders and ignored us. It took her over 20 minutes to bring us our drinks. Mind you she wasn't serving any other table that we could see. Had another server bring us our food. Never came back to the table to check on us to see if we needed anything. Only to bring us the check. To our surprise had 18% gratuity added to our check.For 5 people. Are you serious. For what!!! IHOP needs to adjust your policy. Every other server that we saw was attentive to their customers and even greeted us as we walked by. Estella needs to find a new job, because customer service is not working for her.

Our server was very friendly, my bacon & eggs were good but the pancakes were overcooked and dry. You can find many other places with better food and cheaper prices. $60 is just too much for breakfast for two people.

IHOP used to be excellent. Idk if there's a new manager or something but there's a decline. Obviously cheaping out. Too much fat on the bacon; not adding avocado to bacon-avocado eggs and refusing to discount it; putting tiny amounts of Hollandaise sauce. Among other things that clearly show stinginess, not to mention the manager trying to throw the employees under the bus. We're taking our business elsewhere.
