Went for lunch staff was miserable while ordering a family with a child came in for Veterans Day because of an email for a free sandwich. They refused to give the promotion let the family of 3 leave. My girlfriend called them back in and paid for their subs. Same on you Jersey Mikes!!!

This is the second time i asked for a chicken cheesesteak and they gave me red meat. I tell them everytime i can’t have it yet they persist to give it to me. Never coming again with the amount of money and time and gas i spend on these fools. Plus people outside are just cat calling women. Do not come here

This location refused to give me my birthday reward because of the points in my app, I went to the other Hamilton location and they gladly scanned my app and gave me my birthday reward. Don’t go to this location. They’re very rude and not accommodating.

This place is ran like a week oiled machine. Almost to the point where they forget to smile. Everything was stream lined. Bit if you are going for the food. You won't be disappointed
