Customer service horrible. Crabs were not even hot, just barely warm at best.. Very dry…Couldn’t even eat…At $65/ dozen for number 1’s according to them, they were pricey and looked like small flimsy number 2’s. Never again!!! What a waste of money!

Went the other night, with some friends, who were Hispanic and white, we were overcharged and the drinks appeared to be watered down. Never again. So embarrassed. I should have known, they only accept cash. Who does that.

Horrible Customer ServiceI live 40 minutes away, but decided to make the commute for the crabs. It was a Wednesday night and I called to confirm that they have crabs. The barmaid answered the phone and confirmed that they had jumbo only for $70/ dozen. I go to order a half dozen, but then I ask how long would the crabs take. The barmaid responded that it takes about 15 minutes. So I say, OK, I will call back when I get about 15 minutes away. I call back, to be told that i had to order a dozen. I respond that I can't eat a dozen and that i wasn't told that during my first call. I then call back to speak ask to speak to a manager. I wanted to ask for a courtesy exception as I had already driven 25 minutes. With gas prices being so expensive and the failed communication on their part, you would think that they would make an accommodation. No, instead I was yelled at and treated as of I should know THEIR policies like a mind reader. Oh well, save myself $70. I will never return. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Not a fan of sweet crabs taste like brown sugar and garlic powder. Very small for 60 couldn't eat.
