Extremely clean, cozy, friendly local bar. Evett was a super friendly, polite bartender. Highly recommend stopping by on your way to the shore or if you're in the area.

Stopped in here while driving through Mays Landing. Looked at reviews on Yelp first and thought let's try it. On arrival you can see it's a local dive bar. I'm great with this, they are hidden gems sometimes. This one wasn't horrible, but not good either. Best thing was the cold beer. Other than that, the food was edible. I ordered the Special Crock of Chili to start. It tasted like beef in a marinara sauce. This wasn't at all good. Not sure what else to say. For lunch I had the Double Smash Burger. I wasn't asked how I prefer it cooked which was odd I thought, but ok. I will say it was a burger by its looks, but that's it. A greasy flavorless paddy's on a stale roll. The fries that came with it were actually pretty good. My wife ordered Fish tacos. 2 tacos with one piece of frozen breaded pollock and shredded lettuce on each and a sauce drizzled on top. It I believe was close to $17 for this. Not even remotely close to worth that price. She was very disappointed in the tacos.

Been here several times . Tried to go this past Sunday , but for some reason they weren't opening till 4pm . The food is always great , the service is good unless they're packed . The environment is that of most taverns and pubs , quiet when idle yet loud when busy .

Stopped in looking for wings on our way down the shore. 2 miles off the ACX but a world away. Corner bar feel with awesome food. Wings, quesadillas and fries started our holiday weekend off great!!! A real find! We will be back---may be our routine on the way to the beach!
