I been here many times, I’ve never had an issue, but this time I bought a cookie and it was full of mold. I went to return it, and the person gave me an attitude saying that she baked it yesterday when you can clearly see that it’s full of mold, they did refund me my money, but I was expecting an apology and good customer service in return I got a rudeness and inreposable reply. LOST A CUSTOMER BE AWARE OF MOLDY FOOD!!!

This is such a lovely bakery! I’ve ordered their famous supreme croissant rolls a few different times and I am always so impressed. The fillings are all delicious and the actual croissants themselves are out of this world. Everything is reasonably priced considering the amount of time and love that goes into each creation. I would definitely recommend Lilla Vanilla for all your sweet treat needs, they will exceed your expectations :)

Cute bakery with tasty pastries! Their macarons and croissants are the best I've ever had. I'm obsessed with their macarons. The petit gateaux and the bourbon bread pudding are fantastic as well. The super croissants are amazing as well (coffee carmel and hot chocolate are my fave so far) My only disappointment with Lilla vanilla was getting a custom vegan cake. I met with someone and showed them a drawing of the kind of thing i wanted (half birthday half college graduation cake with different colors on the 2 sides). The staff member helped talk through the design and suggested chocolate swirls around the flowers instead of black icing since she said black ising wouldnt taste good and i loved the idea and was very excited. I left them the drawing and when i came to pick it up it was NOTHING like i described. They did all the colors on all sides of the cake which didnt look good at all. It was barely decorated with tiny dollops of icing that didnt even look like flowers. I had to tell them this wasnt what i ordered and they told me they'd call the baker and fix it in a half hour. Luckily i came early and had a chance to come back or I wouldve been really upset to have to have used the cake the way it was. The fixed cake was how I wanted thankfully and it tasted good and was very moist (chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling....all vegan). It was an impressive vegan cake but I wouldnt trust them with another custom designed cake again after this. While i was picking up the cake a 2nd time another customer was asking for a correction to their cake too, so it seems to be a thing. Amazing takeaway desserts but i wouldnt do anything custom here again

You can taste everything is made with fresh high quality ingredients.Supreme croissants on Friday and Saturday are phenomenal, weekly flavors stuffed with special fillings, delicious.Friendly and attentive staff as well! Tried their famous supreme croissant rolls and they were delicious. Each roll was a little bigger than the size of my palm. The hot chocolate and peanut butter cup flavors were the best, however they change up the flavors every weekend.I suggest preordering by phone on Thursday to pick up on Friday or Saturday and show up at opening for a chance to buy a mystery flavor.
