This is hands down the best bakery on the east coast that makes fresh organic pastries and cakes every morning with love. Highly recommend you try their croissants and mousse cake. Exceptional, the most delicious croissants and pastries, how I imagine they would taste right from Europe.The petit gateaux are fantastic, moussey and creamy and so flavorful and not at all sickeningly sweet. You can taste everything is made with fresh high quality ingredients.Supreme croissants on Friday and Saturday are phenomenal, weekly flavors stuffed with special fillings, delicious.Friendly and attentive staff as well! Tried their famous supreme croissant rolls and they were delicious. Each roll was a little bigger than the size of my palm. The hot chocolate and peanut butter cup flavors were the best, however they change up the flavors every weekend.I suggest preordering by phone on Thursday to pick up on Friday or Saturday and show up at opening for a chance to buy a mystery flavor.

Absolutely delicious little gem of a bakery! I am a huge fan of French bakeries but also tend to be picky with them however Lilla Vanilla has surpassed any and all expectations! I’ve gotten both their croissants as well as pastries and everything we have tried is amazing. I am personally a huge fan of their crookie-the cookie croissant! So yummy! Overall, highly recommend if you want some yummy dessert from a small business!

Wow wow wow I saw my best friend Shrubs after 6 years for the first time and we decided to come here randomly after craving a sweet treat. I don’t know how to pronounce it but we tried the chocolate raspberry truffle petit gateux and I almost fell out of my chair - it was that good!

This bakery is amazing. Aside from the most delicious cakes, croissants, cup cakes and other pastries, the staff is incredibly sweet. I usually go in for a cup of tea and a treat twice a week and am always seeing girls behind the counter cheerfully greeting all the customers. I am truly grateful to have this gem as our local bakery and highly recommend you try their desserts!

They made a fabulous mousse cake for me for my birthday as well.The Supreme Croissant Rolls are chef's kiss but are ONLY offered on Friday and Saturday and I highly suggest you preorder. These are like big, round, filled croissants that are hand made and time consuming. They are amazing and worth every penny but remember, they literally take HOURS to make so they're limited in when they can be sold.(If you've ever made laminated pastry, you know!)The owners and staff are also lovely so do stop in!
