Always has been my favorite restaurant. Last night while sitting at a table at the bar I witnessed the bartender dump the excess cheese from an individual container (including our left over cheese ) into a container of cheese. When asked if if they reuse the cheese from the tables for other diners she stated “ yes we do as long as it’s not dirty”. I will never eat at this Maplewood again!! I went for the first time Friday night, Valentines evening. It was absolutely delicious! Did not disappoint! Was told it would be an hour wait but was seated in 27 mins. Our waitress was awesome, service was fast, food was top notch! Also the best tiramisu I've ever had!
