Worst McDonald's I've been to waited and counter as employees talked and To each other. Than the short lady walks up didn't ask do I need any thing or when i got my nuggets she gave no no sauce, so I had to ask for some myself.

The food was at room temp definitely sitting out for 10+ minutes. The short bowl cut lady was the rudest creature I’ve ever spoke to. Treated me as if I wasn’t supposed to be ordering from the front counter and like I couldn’t comprehend her burger skills, the food I was given was smooshed literally and cold but I still ate it. But that lady was so rude and edgy treating everything as if it wasn’t her fault. I asked her how much the sauce was she told me and I said ok just ketchup and told me she had to start over I told her “yeah good” as she should. What a snarky remark this woman or whatever it was should be immediately fired and never aloud to work in the fast food industry again. Worst McDonald’s location, worst employee, worst food.

There$ 7 dollar double cheese burger medium fry 4 chicken tenders. MC DONALD'S ruined there chain my double cheeseburger didn't have minced onions but hole onions the meat has so much grease from 10 burgers that it looks like someone spit that's the second time I threw out first burger the frys soggy and small in paper not medium in cardboard like picture the only thing edible was the 4 chicken nuggets& the small soda not medium like picture The restaurant smells like old grease and everything feels like it also i can't believe that they destroyed this chain the only way you will save this restaurant is get rid of those storage warmers i have to eat grease from 10 burgers will not work not at any price it looks like spit. Fresh to order was better and waiting for fresh food not my old 4 hour greased food only i guess not the service fought but for small cup not medium .

If I could give negative stars, I would. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal, and asked for no meat. This is what they gave me. The cheese still has meat on it, they literally just scraped it off the meat with their freaking fingers and thought that this was acceptable to do. Are you freaking kidding me. It’s not like McDonald’s is cheap , I could go other places that have better food if they’re going to do some crap like this. I’m highly ticked off and would like management to get ahold of me.

This McDonalds is 45 minutes away from my current location. I will drive the 45 minutes to this location just because of how exquisite the food always is. From the hot and freshness of the fires, to the crispy crust on the apple pie, I will drive the 45 minutes. Did I mention I will drive the 45 minutes just to eat those tasty hot and freshness fries and an apple pie with crispy crust! Lord, I should drive the 45 minutes to this McDonald’s right now!

I’m telling you guys right now, I’ve went to other McDondald’s usual complaints: missing sauces, fries seem old or not salty enough, food tastes like it’s been under the heat lamp for awhile. But, I occasionally stop at this location and EVERYTIME I stop here, I’m always so highly satisfied. I’m in and out, trust my sauces are there (I think they forgot it once, but I don’t hold a grudge), and my fries are salted to perfection. Honestly, I was confused to see the 3.5 rating because my experience has always been phenomenal. I will swear it as my FAVORITE McDonald’s location ever. 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my seizure medication stolen. Cops tell me to talk to the manager, then the manager tells me I need a cop to check the camera, then I call a cop over and the cop/manager kicks me out of McDonald's for no reason.
The little older woman messed 3 ordering a row.when I asked for my cups she got an attitude. Should not be working in customer service

So I just went to this McDonald's. . My wife ordered a snack wrap and I ordered the snack wrap meal .. . We got a mile down the road and realized they only gave us a total of 2 snack wraps instead of 3. I should have just turned around but it's late and we are both tired from a long day so it is what it is. Just very disappointed that they didnt give me the correct amount of food that I paid for.

Hit or miss sometimes, a lot of employees dont have a grasp of the language. Food quality really depends on the time you visit Update**** Placed a mobile order at 3:48 PM at the Harding Hwy McDonald’s (Mays Landing). Was told to park for a Quarter Pounder. I waited over 15 minutes — no food, no check-in, no follow-up. Left at 4:10 with nothing. Not even an apology. Promo or not, this location wasted 22 minutes of my day for absolutely nothing. Zero accountability. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
