Ordered in the app. Two days in a row order is wrong and missing half the order. They do nothing and won't make it right.

For starters when they handed me my drink, it was the wrong drink and when I told her it wasn’t a drink I ordered she was like well. It says sweet tea on the screen. I was like I told the guy a large Coke… She’s like well it says on the screen like I don’t care what it says on the screen it’s not what I told Guy… And that made me prompt to check my food… I was getting food for my kids and they don’t eat anything on their burgers… So after checking the burger it was a regular burger with everything on it so I told the girl I asked for only cheese and then she began to question me on why I only wanted meat and cheese on my burger. It’s none of your business for one that’s how I ordered it and that’s how it should be made… I don’t know where these young employees get the audacity to question how you order something.

Order food with app 10 min before I get there at 10:46. Arrive at 1057 behind one customer get to com and they wouldn’t process my order because it was 11 am on the dot. Than proceeds to be rude to me like it’s my fault she’s the only person working both lanes. Tells me I need to cancel on the app but the app won’t let me cancel cause it says my food is being made. Guess I shouldn’t expect much it is a McDonald’s in Mayslanding!

Never gets the order correct then they don’t make things right. It’s ridiculous how I order through their app whether it be delivery or pick up and EVERY TIME something is wrong. I call and of course the blame is put on the third party. No they forgot to put the items in the bag not someone else.
