The food is amazing but the employees are really what make this place. I go quite often and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’re always so sweet and the food is always delicious. Even the items they talked me into trying which I never would have on my own, I now like!

Capital Heights,MD. I just had the worst experience I have ever had. I had a representative tell me her app not working was not her problem and I quote “ I don’t want to deal with you just take the sandwich” I did not come to get a free meal. I was trying to use my birthday coupon that expires tomorrow. The manager was not on duty. After my experience 3 customers walked out. No excuse for this bad behavior. I will speak with the manager as soon as possible. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

This place seemed confused by the presence of actual people. The service we received was terrible. It literally took me 15 mins to get through the ordering process. No communication from them at all. Never been to one of these places and this was a terrible first impression. It’s like chipotle but for mediterranean food, but ran way worse. Portion sizes were small too.

Placed a pickup order today, came home to find out there was barely any chicken or other stuff in there. The bowl was full of all rice. Beware of ordering online youd be surprised to see how bad they skimp. Not recommended

The food was okay, most shawarma’s are called wrap in their menu, they have spicy chicken shawarma wish that is not spicy, I expected the sauces to come on the side but they were in the “wrap”, it was not as warm as I expected to be and not enough veggies. It was mainly chicken and hummus, and sauces. Interested in giving it another try but maybe a different type or maybe customize it.
I recently ordered from Mezeh and was quite disappointed with part of my order. We ordered the lemon garlic kebab, which included avocado — but the avocado was hard and spoiled, making it inedible. We also ordered the chocolate baklava, but since it wasn’t available, it was replaced with a cookie for $5, which really isn’t an equal substitute. No one would appreciate getting a simple cookie for that price. That said, the rest of the food was good, but I hope Mezeh pays more attention to ingredient quality and better replacements in the future.

For the amount of food you get, the prices are okay. I was a little disappointed when i added feta cheese avocado and tomatoes, I was charged extra and then they didn't put it on my grain bowl. Other than that, i was satisfied. Their couscus was delicious!! Packed real flavor. IM A HUGE FAN of Mediterranean food. I will definitely go back. Naan was warm and very fresh.

Enjoyed the outdoor seating. Lots of indoor seating too.
