There's a saying that once it's happenstance; twice is a coincidence; three times is actionable intelligence.
We've ordered takeout from here three times (the third and last being today)... All three times, I've waited at the register a full 30 minutes longer than what was scheduled on the order. And all three times, there have been around half a dozen people waiting with me, all grumbling about the lag.
The workers are clearly working hard, the food is good, but this place is seriously understaffed and poorly managed.
Vegetarian options: Vegan options available and appreciated.

Service was great, food and portion size were extremely underwhelming. Not to mention that a bowl by itself is $12.50 and a single scoop of meat is $3.50 on top of that. Seasoning was very bland as well.

I was on line for 10 minutes all workers looking at me with no how can I help you nothing very cold atmosphere with attitude and no consideration need to work on customers service and better faces to help people
I started going here a month or two ago, the food is excellent. I'm recently vegetarian and just trying to find anything in the area with food I can still get excited about. My weekly visits here are definitely a treat. What's even more important to me is that the people I interact with here have really been very friendly and helpful.

The flavor of the food here is just wildly good. There's tons of variety so you can try new things, but you could also get the same thing every time and it's just as good since all the ingredients are so well seasoned. You get a lot for what you pay too. I can usually have the second half for lunch the next day (and always look forward to it). The staff is super friendly too, they care about their restaurant. I'll choose Mezeh 9 times out of 10 over Chipotle because the Chip' is so inconsistent and overpriced for what you get. Don't be overwhelmed by the options, just get a custom bowl and pick things that look good, you won't be disappointed, it's hella good.
