Moe's Southwest Grill

Food wasn't as hot as it should have been. The girl making my food was in a hurry and the place was slow, almost no meat.

Yikes!!!! Was going to try this place as I thought maybe a healthy veggie option might be available. Never got that far. The place is filthy! Sticky floor, tables full of empty containers, overstuffed waste barrels. The staff were very disengaged and only interested it yukking it up with each other. The food area was a slopping mess. No one wearing gloves.I couldn't get out fast enough. Don't know how they are open.I would not even drink water in this place!

Very unsanitary work practices. One of the men working with food had very unkempt hair and was not wearing a hair net while handling food. The other had on a pair of gloves and handled my money in the gloves before going to make the person’s burrito behind me in line and did not bother to change his gloves. The establishment itself was also a mess. Ceiling fans were caked in dust, and empty boxes/boxes of supplies crowded the back of the dine-in area. Food is also overpriced. You’re better off dining in Pho Life a couple doors down.

This place is great. People are whiners. Nothing but friendly staff and great food before you go to the movies. Brings me back to my Stockton days.

This place used to be gem, but not so anymore. I arrived today around 5 p.m., and you have 4 kids there at the counter chatting and ignorant like I don't exist. While I'm placing an order, the girl keeps chatting with the other 2 kids and not listening. Such a poor customer service. Unwelcoming atmosphere, and you can see those kids don't care.I'm glad that kids are working and wanting to work but lack professionalism, customer service, and attention. This place is also not clean. Most tables aren't clean and you have food on the floor. That is unhygienic, unhealthy, and utterly unacceptable. It galls me that Moe's doesn't train their employees, and I didn't see an older person or supervisor at all onsite.I wouldn't recommend this place until Moe's improve their service and cleanliness.

Wish they still had the tortilla bowl for the salads. Other than that it's great Mexican fast food.

not happy at all, stopped there on a monday, theres an enormous sign advertising burrito and drink for 9.99, then there is a disclaimer that says after january 30, you'll need that app to get that deal.. i was there january 16thso i get up to the counter, they asked if i had the app, and i said no, but i understand i will need it soon. they tell me they started early and i need the app, and i say well theres a big sign hanging that says this deal should be honored. but that doesnt mean anything apparentlyso finally i decide im going to download the app then and there because its almost $10 savings, and im informed it doesnt matter if i download the app because it takes 24 hours to verify.VERY UNSATISFIED, reached out via facebook messenger and got not response. so heres your review. if you have a sign in store, it should be honored. or at the very least cross out the dates

First thing is this is my first time trying the food. I was greeted when I walked in which was good. The establishment was clean. The reason I gave a 3 star is because the one guy preparing orders used the same gloves to make each persons food, use the register and collect cash then went back to finish orders with those same gloves. Very very unsanitary. The food is okay, a little salty but okay. Just wish they changed the gloves after each order.

Kid-friendliness: They had a menu for kids

Last night I had a burrito from this location. I feel price is ok but proteins (chicken) quantity was very low. I feel that I am eating rice and totilla only. Food was also very cold and tasteless they gave me Free chips but without salsa and chip was look and taste like stale .

They do not strain out the toppings before they put them on your salad.. if you like expecting a salad and getting a soup this place is for you.

You are better off going to taco Bell or Chipotle the food is taco bell quality with Higher prices

Staff was nice but food was not good. Food tasted like upscaled Taco Bell. I will not be going there again.

The homewrecker is what you make it if you know what you want on it, i asked the girl making it questions as it was the first time i was there. she was helpful and told me what people usually get. i wish there was a basic set up that you can then customize. we enjoyed the burritos with steak as the protein. and even though for 11$ it seemed stuffed with fillers more than protein; we still enjoyed them. It's not anything fancy, and we didn't expect much from a chain that's only slightly above fastfood. And I didn't expect much being that I work next door and have to constantly deal with the fact that these employees of Moe's probably hate their lives, jobs, families and are borderline suicidal; because, with the amount of banging, yelling and pretty much unnecessary noise-polution that comes through the walls ... I really can only come to that conclusion. These employes need regular massages and should come see me. THEN, maybe I'd tip them.
