Food was good to very good and typical outback quality. Service was a tab slow during a non busy time which was surprising. Overall though its an outback and at some point i will likely return.

I asked for a medium well New York strip steak a loaded potato with asparagus. Half of the steak was very fatty and most of it was rare. The loaded potato and asparagus was very good.. Alex our waiter noticed that I left a lot of my steak on the plate and asked if there was an issue. I expressed my displeasures to him and he offered to get the manager. The manager "Ron" came to our table, apologized to me about the steak. Overall we left satisfied

Used my credit card to pay for the meal, left it at the restaurant. After not being able to get any resolution over the phone, I drove there and saw my server. He confirmed that he did find my card the previous night and gave it to the owner, but the owner claimed he had no idea where it was even though it was the only credit they found that night. He said they were really busy that night and he doesn't remember. I won't be back that's for sure, and it's a shame because all of the servers there are really great.
Since I cannot reply to your reply, I edited my review to include that I DID contact you at that link and it's been several days with no response at all. The only response I got was when I posted the negative review on here, no one has contacted me at all.

Food was great; steak was well-seasoned and potatoes were wonderful. Our silverware looked like it had just been washed, and not carefully; there were some food stains still on the forks and knives, and some were slightly sticky. Ordered a side that didn't come, but when I asked about it, it was brought out in less than 5 minutes. Prompt and frequent service.
Called for a reservation 30 minutes after opening which disappeared when my party and I arrived. Big L outback and it smells like ass in there. Go to Texas Roadhouse.

Very good experience, excellent food, I loved the shrimp breaded in coconut. The Sirloin was very juicy and medium well. Service from the excellent staff.
