Pancheros Mexican Grill - Hamilton

This is THE worst chain of Pancheros that I have ever encountered. Now I must say it was very clean from what I saw in front of me, but the food was terrible. They had curry spices in the food. Now I love curry but not in my Mexican cuisine. East Indians run this location, and I'm not sure they have grasped the concept of Mexican cuisine. The portions were VERY small, and I felt robbed after spending $84. My children and I ate in the restaurant, and the lady that served us was very stingy with the napkins, which they kept behind the register. I will definitely not be returning to this location. They have some work to do. They should get some cooks in there that are from the culture because curry does not EVER belong in Mexican cuisine. I also want to add that the Queso dip was very watery. It appears they added water to stretch it out. Tacky! They have several locations throughout New Jersey, save yourself the horror, and find a different location to patronize.

I normally don’t leave reviews however after having food here tonight I was extremely uncomfortable. The owner was there tonight & the way he treats the employees is something I’ve yet to encounter in my lifetime. He was extremely aggressive, rude, yelling, throwing his hands in air & demanding cell phones into a lockbox ACROSS THE DINING AREA. It was extremely unprofessional & to add when he was back in the kitchen from the opposite end of the dining area you could hear him yelling. No one deserves to be treated that way regardless of any points the owner was trying to get across. The food is good but unfortunately we will not be returning. After witnessing that treatment we will not be supporting this establishment.

Service needs attention

I come here so much and every single time it’s awesome! The food is always fresh and taste delicious and so is their queso!! I would definitely recommend!

I have been here 3 times. While I think food is good I do not like the girl was sweeping the floor and then was washing right next where I sat down eating. Like really???

Horrible horrible horrible management. Lady behind the counter is so rude. Both the husband and wife who run this place are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve seen in customer service. Food is overpriced, and tastes old. Can’t wait till the new chipotle in the marketplace puts you out of business

I've stopped in a handful of times since Chipotle is a lot further than I would like it to be. This location is always empty. At most, there will be one additional customer on a good day. Owner is visibly not interested in retaining customers as much as she is in her ridiculous add-on charges (for EVERYTHING). This establishment fails to honor coupons within the Panchero app.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went into this place today for lunch around 11:30, wasn’t greeted or served until the worker was finished making 4 DoorDash orders. Once I got my food and was able to eat at around 4pm I tasted a weird texture and flavor. Upon further inspection it was hair and some sort of straw material in my food. Called the restaurant and before I could get a word out, the lady I spoke to told me she’d call me back. Once she did 10 mins later, she was verrry very rude, spoke over me and told me that it wasn’t possible to have hair in my food and I couldn’t get a refund. Also that I should’ve called earlier so it could be replaced. I asked for her name several times but she said she couldn't give it to me. She had a strong Indian accent. The Worst experience at a Pancheros chain I ever had. Do not go here unless you want food poisoning.

Charged me an extra $2 for whatever “tofusada” is. Absolutely ridiculous. Certainly would not have came in here if i had known. Shady business practice.

The woman behind the counter coughed on my tortillas as she was making them. I asked for beans on my tacos and she said it would be $1.75 extra for two tablespoons of beans. She then asked if it was for here or to go. I said, “Here.” She then placed two tiny tacos on a few napkins. I guess that’s my plate. #cheap
