Rest stop panda really not like the independent locations but still good close early though tried grabbing food on the way home st 9pm and they were closed. I feel that's a bit early at a rest stop.

So I ordered the SUPER GREENS as well as the Black pepper chicken,walnut shrimp & the chicken and mushrooms. My plate was cold except the 5pcs of shrimp that had an up charge & was about of my 1 panda 3 plate. I’m so disappointed that I was completely robbed when i pushed over all the onions and celery in one side of my plate. The pcs of chicken were small little cube size pcs and this meal definitely wasn’t worth what I paid for. 14.99+ 1.75 for the up charge.

Please don’t come to this Panda Express food sucks not fully cooked plus it is very expensive. I had regular drink and Scoop of rice and noodles, little bit of broccoli costing me $20. I wouldn’t even mind if the food was fully cooked.
