Consistently Excellent!
I had a fantastic experience at Panera Bread today. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared exactly as I ordered it. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It's a pleasure to dine in an establishment where both the food and the customer service are top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!

I’ve been a customer at Panera Bread for years and usually enjoy my visits, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing and honestly upsetting. During my visit, I mistakenly picked up the wrong type of cup for water. Instead of handling the situation professionally or offering a polite correction, the manager came over to my table, did not ask me anything, and removed the water cup from my table without my permission.Not only was this unnecessarily aggressive, but the manager’s attitude was incredibly rude and condescending. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled in such a disrespectful and public way. It’s perfectly reasonable to enforce store policies, but there is a right way to do it—with courtesy, respect, and basic communication. Unfortunately, this manager completely failed in that regard. I hope Panera takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be treated this way over something as minor as a cup

Always a great experience at this Cafe. It's very cozy and inviting. The managers are ontop of everything making sure the food comes out timely, and delicious. The presentation is always spot on. I've become a huge fan of their coffee. And the baked goods are always a treat.

Steak sandwich, barely any steak, have to order extra steak, service with an attitude like God forbid you place an order and annoy the staff for having to take an order and do their job, always sappy faced. Tuna sandwich barely any tuna, no onions and just slapped together sloppy!

Manager Matt was pretty condescending when I had questions about a program there one time. He seemed overly happy to give me some modest bad new as well. Very kafkaesque, very petty. Take care of yourself dude, it’s not that deep.
Kind of a weird review. I’ve been going to this location for years. Forgot it didn’t open until 8 on Sindays. Anyway get there at 7:16. Need to pick up some stuff, but also to use the bathroom. Like immediately. The manager let me in to do so. A minor thing, but not so minor at the time! My heartfelt thanks to her.

Skip This Panera—Not Worth the Price
Unless you’re ready to drop $18 on a Pick Two with a steak sandwich that comes with literally three pieces of steak, I’d skip this location.
The broccoli cheddar soup was great—as it usually is at any Panera—but the sandwich was super disappointing for the price. Definitely not worth it.
