Always the best customer service! I work nearby and now they even remember my name. I usually get my lunch to go and the one lady (sorry I don’t know your name) offered to let me borrow a bowl and silverware. I came to get my food and it was all set up on a tray with a takeout container for my leftovers. Oh, and the food is delicious! They will always have my business, thank you!!

I usually like this place. It’s been my go-to spot for years. Today, it was not good. I ordered delivery because I’m sick. The food arrived just fine. However, the broth was an oily mess. I couldn’t even drink the broth because it’d be like drinking a bowl of olive oil. I ate the noodles and herbs and shrimp. Left the both. I took a photo so you could see just how oily it is.

I visited pho Life in Mays Landing with high expectations because I had heard good things about the food. While the food itself was actually good, the service completely ruined the experience.
When my partner and I walked in, we were seated like normal. Not even three minutes after being seated, the waiter came over and did not ask if we had any questions about the menu, did not offer drinks, and did not ask about appetizers. She literally just said “ready?” and stood there waiting, so we ordered. After our food arrived, we sat and ate, but we were never given drinks. We eventually had to track the waiter down ourselves just to ask for water. For most of the meal, we were ignored.
At first, we tried not to think too much into it, until a white family was seated directly behind us. The same waiter immediately greeted them by saying, “If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I’m going to give you some time with the menu and I’ll be right back.” She returned to them shortly after, had a full conversation, and asked if they wanted drinks and appetizers. All of this happened while we were sitting right behind them, still being ignored.
The difference in treatment was extremely noticeable and uncomfortable. As younger customers, it felt like we were being profiled and treated as less important. A restaurant should provide the same level of service to every guest, regardless of age or appearance.
Overall, the food was nice, but the service was horrible. If you are young, do not expect to be treated fairly. I would not recommend spending your money here unless the service and attitude toward all customers seriously improves.

I really didn’t want to write a review about this place because I absolutely love the people that work here. I come here frequently for the same dish i ordered some pho today and my baby pointed out a big roach crawling across the floor. This turn me off I’ll no longer be coming to eat here after seeing that. I’m sorry

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing First-Time Experience!
This was our first time trying pho, and I went with my mother . We were blown away! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was Brandi. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. She made us feel right at home, like we’d been coming here for years. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Brandi went above and beyond to make our first visit so special. We left feeling happy, full, and already excited to come back.
Highly recommend this place to anyone — especially if it’s your first time trying pho!💚🍜

Wonderful service, amazing food, and always a great experience. Pho life has become our favorite spot to dine for many reasons, but most importantly because the staff makes us feel like family every.single.time. Wish we could give 10 stars!

Food was extra greasy and sweet. My rice platter came out with a bug in the salad. The server was really nice. The food not so much.

Drove 40mins to try this Pho and I was not disappointed! Best Pho in South Jersey. Everything was fresh and the broth was legendary. The waitstaff was kind and courteous, making you feel welcomed and attended to. Will definitely be going back 👍🏻✨️

$20 for rice noodles and 5 pieces of beef. I hate when restaurants take advantage of people who order vs eat in.
