Was there tonight. The sanitizing stations were all almost empty. No sanitizer and no paper towel to wipe down the machines. It’s Covid and people aren’t sanitizing the equipment after they are done.

hours suck and they should refund money as they breached their contract with the 24hr selling point. The gym is too crowded as everyone has to squeeze in during less hours.
Canceled my membership and they felt it was appropriate to charge an annual fee after I canceled. They refused to return my money!!! I addition, I’ve been over charged on two separate occasions and unable to resolve the matter. Place is a huge ripoff. They take your money then tell you it’s our policy. Worse customer service ever!!!! Local management is nonexistent!!!! I will never step foot in another Planet Fitness EVER!!!
