I love primo hoagies and eat them whenever I am in New Jersey. I was at a baseball game at Princeton and afterwards I went to this glorious hoagie shop to get my favorite hoagie, the chicken Diablo. I had it with onions, oil, and vinegar and it was so flavorful, so hot and spicy, the bread was amazing, it really makes the hoagie. But so does the chicken and spicy cheese and it was all so amazing. Please come to northern Virginia, oh esteemed sandwich shop.

I decided to go here instead of Jersey Mike's for my turkey hoagie...big big mistake the meat taste spolied and soggy from them shredding the meat couldn't taste the oil and vinegar the sandwich was horrible for 15 dollars never again

Just ordered a hoagie tray from Primo Paul's in Clarksboro it was over the top in this area's hoagie tray I have ever ordered. All the my guests loved the different types of meats,Chesse & the tuna on sandwiches. They provide me and all guests a definite will return. Thanks Primo's

Let's not overthink things. Primo makes a very decent, hero, sub, hoagie, grinder, torpedo or whatever else you want to call it. The meat is stacked high and so is the price which is definitely a tradeoff I can live with in this shrinkflated world. I'm quite sure I could make the same thing myself for significantly less... the point is, I don't have to. Four solid stars.

Do NOT order from this location! Chicken Parm was rubbery with stale bread. Potato salad was 11 days old and obviously rancid. I can't believe that they even had the nerve to put it in bag!!!!

Primo was always a go-to place for good sandwiches. I haven't been in a few years, but was in the mood for the vege nonna. Boy was I disappointed, the eggplant was greasy, the "broccoli rob" was extremely spicy. (Might have been spinach or frozen broccoli rob). The sharp provolone was mild. Disappointed at this sandwich. I hate spicy sandwiches and this was too much for me.

I ordered sandwiches for a Birthday party at 2pm. I asked for a 2:45 pick up and got a phone call back saying they needed more timeAnd asking if we could pick up at 3pm. I agreed. I arrived at 3:10 and was told they weren’t ready yet. I don’t blame the staff here but their management. 5 sandwiches should not take an hour and a half to make- and if you’re dealing with larger volume then staff up. There were a few others grabbing orders at the same time. Sadly won’t be trusting them with this again. And I love their food.

I've gone to primos for years. I decided to get primos catering. We got the deluxe package (basically 4 whole hoagies). We called and confirmed multiple times the order prior to picking it up. We wanted to get Italian, turkey and cheese and chicken cutlet with no prosciutto. Again we confirmed this multiple times. We originally wanted to get the smaller tray that came with three whole sandwiches but our guest list expanded so we had to make our order a bit bigger. This was well 48 hours prior to picking up the tray. When my wife called, the woman was incredibly rude. Eventually we decided to just hang up and try again later hoping to get someone else. The second person we spoke with was quite sweet. They were accommodating but again we confirmed multiple times the sandwiches that we wanted. I went to pick it up on Saturday, they put the tray in front of me and they got our sandwiches wrong. No cutlet was included, instead it was prosciutto with mozzarella and red pepper. My wife can't have the deli meats and we wanted to get the cutlet sandwich so she could eat. The girl at the front desk tried to be accommodating but went back to speak to her manager. The options were get a new sandwich made and get 10% off or leave it and get 10% off the whole catering order. (There was a sign behind them showing a promo that said 10% off now through 2/3. So that was pretty rude of the manager to suggest that since it was already 10% off). I explained that they messed up and it should be included. They refused. So I had to get the sandwich made and pay for it. Absolutely absurd customer service. Oh but don't worry, they gave us 15% of in the end. They even messed up the sides and condiments that were supposed to be included. No hot peppers, no balsamic, no mustard. All of which was printed on the receipt. And again we confirmed multiple times via phone. I suppose this was partially my fault since I trusted they would have got this right and didn't check. Just a horrible excuse for customer service. The poor girl behind the counter was trying but her manager didn't even bother to come out when a customer spending hundreds of dollars is clearly upset with their order. Pathetic. Will not be coming back.
