Our waitress, Rachel, was exceptional in terms of friendliness, respect, and kindness. The food was also excellent, and the atmosphere was ideal. I would highly recommend returning to this establishment.

Whoa. Disappointed. Our server had to be new at waitressing. I will not leave her name because this review is very honest. About 10 mins till she came to our table, didnt take a drink order, didnt ask how we wanted our burgers cooked, brought wrong food out, Mac and cheese was ice cold, came to our table 3 times forgetting why she was there and said each time “oh that’s right you wanted a coke”. I’m sure she’ll get it eventually but this experience was very off putting. She was kind but it was getting frustrating. Burger was not gourmet either, McDonalds quarter pounder is more gourmet than what I had. Nothing was gourmet, they need to remove that from the sign. Red Robin Below Basic Burger Discs. I’m sure other waitresses there are more attentive, professional, seasoned and skilled. The constant noise of the air compressor filling the balloons sounded like they were doing construction, I mean props to him doing his job. This was just my experience and it was rear end, still tipped 20%. Not sure I’ll return.

My girlfriend and I decided to stop and have a meal before we headed home. So, we chose Red Robin, she never been, but this is my second. Everything we ordered was great, Burgers were awesome. For drinks, I had a Bluemoon, and my girl had a Mojito. Thank you AVILE for your service was Excellent ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Great server and quick delivery of food. The manager delivered our order to our table, introduced himself and asked if we needed anything else. Was appreciated. No issues at all

To say it was a disaster is an understatement.
My party of 6 came in on the week night of 11/19/24 to the Mays Landing, New Jersey location to support a local schools fundraising event.
It was a disaster. I would expect the staff would have known about this fundraiser before hand.
What should have been a relatively enjoyable experience turned into watching a Jerry Springer Show episode being tapped. The restaurant was not full with ample room to accommodate the several larger parties that should up in relative succession.
While not every staff member appears to be “in the weeds”, our particular server “Robin or Veronica” was terrible!
She greeted us after sitting for about ten minutes. She gave us a basket of cold, over cooked fries and stale nacho chips in attempt to hold us over.
After another twenty minutes or so, our order came by another staff member. Half our order was wrong as our server did not write down anything when taking our order. I expressed our frustrations with the order being wrong to the other server. The other server appeared to know exactly what the problem was and did not seem surprised at all, as this behavior from our particular server seemed to be a regular issue.
The “corrected order” came back wrong again and the male manager threw the plate of food on the table and walked away. There was no apology given.
I have never experienced this in any restaurant before, even with a full restaurant.
Other major chain restaurants such as Texas Roadhouse always deliver excellent service with every table full with a ten or so minute wait!
I will not be going back ever!

We actually walked out before our food arrived, we waited 45 minutes at the bar for our food and it seems that we were forgotten. We left cash on the bar for our drinks but we were just tired of being overlooked. We’re not demanding people but enough was just enough. I doubt we’ll go to the Hamilton two Red Robin again.

Just had a birthday party of 20 here! The service was excellent. Our waitress was amazing . Will deff be coming back
