Food was great! My whole family enjoyed the environment! Clean & my server was amazing. I forgot his name! But he was excellent. My 3 boys said this is there new favorite spot lol. And said our waiter was so nice. He was tall, skinky kinda long brown hair pass hos ears voice was low but yet very understandable. We went close to closing time. And he took care of us so nicely.

Although, I don’t shop at the mall much anymore, I’ll still go in to go to Ruby Tuesday, I love the salad bar and they always have great specials! Jose is the best bartender, he makes the best drinks and is so funny. This location is very clean and has a lot of seating.

The service wasn't bad and the manager was fair and kind. It was my food. I was so displeased, although I've been to a dozen different Ruby Tuesday's the food at this particular establishment was too salty, and under cooked. 2 plates at my table had to go back. Whomever the cook is they might need a lil vacation, not to be fired but just some time off to recoup. Everyone needs it after a while.

I actually really like this place for steaks, they do a great job. Other items are good too but like everyone, I have my favorites.
They need a new chef. My rib eye steak had no sear on it,no flavor and over cooked. I sent it back. Second one was under cooked with no flavor.
Their new menu is excellent. They really upped their products from the past. We go at least 1 time a month now
