The ribs were so tender they melted in your mouth. Courteous service and a warm greeting when we entered. Only disappoint was one dessert we ordered; cake was dry and missing one ingredient. But everything else was wonderful.
We had a wonderful experience tonight at Ruby Tuesday's. Food was delicious but our waiter, Travis was exceptional and paid close attention to details. He came to our table with a big smile and outstanding personality. Travis made us feel like we were special and in good hands. And we observed that he was the same with every table. He was knowledgable about the menu and stopped by our table a couple times to ensure everything was okay. He let us know our food would be out...
For once in the past couple of months everything was awesome including our waitress. Whatever they changed please keep it, also the mozzarella dipping sauce needs to go back to old recipe, It's way to thick for dipping.
