Horrible experience, they don't know what they are doing and I asked to speak with the manager and she couldn't give me a solution to a problem with my order. I don't understand what the manager's role is if his employees can't solve a problem and she can't either.

I added mangoes, tart cherries and pineapple to their new watermelon lemonade smoothie and OMG.... It smacked so hard. It was delicious. I can't wait to have it again! I truly hope this isn't seasonal.

Best smoothies I’ve ever had! The girls there are always so sweet and offer the best service. The place is always clean and such an inviting atmosphere and don’t get me started on those smoothie bowls…BEST THING EVERR!!! This place has a loyal customer for LIFE!

I just came in and placed an order today on 420 and the guy literally charge me for one of my drinks and one of the employees complained when I asked him to put extra ice in my smoothie to the other employees. I feel like if you’re gonna be aggressive and nasty to the customer you shouldn’t work in this industry of serving people!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years but the overall experience from today was enough for me. First off I ordered smoothie bowl (which was $16). The girls in there clearly couldn’t do well under pressure and had a store full of people waiting. The girl didn’t only mess up my order but she got peanut butter not only on the side of the cup but also underneath and it got all over my work clothes. Extremely unprofessional and messy. Stick to playa bowls. Don’t go here, especially this location.

Smoothie was good but you need to watch the portions that’s given to you. I watched one of the employees make multiple smoothies for different customers and short the amount that’s given. Maybe not on purpose but he tried to do the same to me with a large cup with only 75% of it full. When asked if this was the correct drink he tried to explain that the amount was correct and it was the size of the cup… being that I stop in quite a few Smoothie Kings, I wasn’t buying that. He made another employee make the drink and it was correct to size. These drinks are not cheap by any means as it’s a meal replacement so shorting customers isn’t the best approach. I also ordered my drink on the app 30 minutes prior and still wasn’t made and no line. Maybe an off day? Or maybe how this particular location is run?

I would personally like to thank DYLAN ROSS the SHIFT LEADER at smoothie king. He's SUPER PROFESSIONAL with how he represents the business. He is EFFICIENTLY INFORMATIONAL with all the menu products and promotions. And he's genuinely a very likeable person that made me feel WAY more COMFORTABLE buying from a store I DON'T GO TO OFTEN. But with the amazing FLAVORS AND SELECTIONS. it definitely takes the cake compared to other smoothie places. Definitely will be coming back to smoothie king because I had a great introduction to the business. Thank you Dylan.
