In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

The old Starbucks that was across the street from this one was much better. Whenever I use this location for a mobile order I find it takes 5-10 minutes longer than the estimate for my order to be ready. Service is slow, I wouldn’t dare order at the register again.

Drinks are usually done quickly but not exactly up to spec. I end up adding more scoops of matcha or flavor syrups every time I go cause most of the time it tastes like whatever milk I pick, and maybe a scoop or two of matcha and a single pump of flavor in their largest size. Like I'm not a matcha latte snob or connoisseur, but would like the drink to taste more like matcha than the milk. ? But I'm also not someone to march back in there and have them remake it, cause...
