I'm rather disappointed with the service at this location. I don't really have a problem with the other location, but at this particular one, the workers usually get the drinks wrong, have really bad attitudes, or the drive-thru ends up taking too long that it's not even worth the wait. Also, a recent situation I had that especially left me disappointed makes me not want to come here again. I was in the drive-thru for two drinks, I got my drink, and I gave the other one to my sister. As we pulled out my sister realized they got her drink wrong, so we went inside the store, and luckily it wasn't busy, so we didn't have to wait in line, but we informed one of the workers that we got the wrong drink, and they said they would fix it and told us to wait. We waited 10 mins by the pickup counter for our drink and one of the other workers came up to us and asked us what we were waiting for and we told them we were waiting on them to give us the right drink, then the worker realized that our drink was still in the drive through counter the whole time but they never gave it to us. The sticker on the cup also confirmed they made the drink 20 mins before so we ended up waiting for nothing due to poor communication between the workers. Really disappointed.

Management needs to do something! I never leave reviews. This Starbucks is so unbelievably slow. The workers don’t even greet you. They all just give you the blank stare. I have had to get out of the drive through multiple times because it takes 15-20 minutes plus just to get your coffee. It is even this slow when the line is not long. I don’t understand what is going on here. Instead of the company replying to these reviews, how about make some changes.

I ordered a summer berry drink and it was all ice and when I took one sip it was empty even though it was a small it should be at least 4/5 sips

this starbucks absolutely sucks, they never have what i want when any other starbucks does, they don't give straws and let you drive away, there very slow and honestly they make drinks horribly. I will never be coming back to this starbucks unless I'm forced too. THEY SUCK😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Im a local, i don't usually go to this Starbucks but I was in a rush this morning so wanted coffee. Normally this location messes up my order something is either missing or not at all what I ordered. Today was no different, I ordered a plain bagel with butter and the bagel was literally a hockey puck. Inedible. I didn't have time to go back and get a new one made because I was on my way into work. Just don't waste your time at this location. There's another Starbucks around the corner at target.
The young man taking drive thru orders at 1pm on Sunday was rude and unpleasant. The most un Starbucks like experience I have had in any location including Trenton.

Top TIER Starbucks!! Drinks are always made properly no matter what mods you choose. They always have new cup releases in stock. They are usually busy but have reasonable wait times. This is one of the better Starbucks out there and the people working there always seem very pleasant and attentive.
