I ordered five sandwiches here and had a great experience. The worker was very kind, quick, and also engaging — he had a nice conversation with me while preparing the food, which made the visit feel really welcoming. The store itself was spotless and well maintained, and the sandwiches were excellent. If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend stopping by!

I went there to the store to order a sandwich and I wanted my bacon toasted separately from the sandwich. Ask the guy was he sure he put two pieces of bacon on it. He didn’t answer me, but the next server came over and started touching the sandwich the meat And separate the bacon to show me. It was two pieces while he was previously doing an online order I told him you need to mind your business and don’t touch my food. He proceeded to have an attitude. He was a young kid, proceeded to have an attitude because I was upset. He was touching my food. I work for a hospital and I don’t need to get poisoned or be sick. I’m calling the health department. They shouldn’t be working there. He should’ve continued with the sandwiches he was making which he didn’t even start. Who does that

The kids closing the store early. Wouldn’t have drove out here if online said it was closed but the door and online say 9:30. Not a big deal but if your going to close at 9 then adjust the time that’s being posted for the public. 5/15/25 9:10pm

I found the non good surprise that now you cannot see the meat that you want to eat, so, I declined eat in this subway and if this is a new modality in all subway restaurants, I guess I am not eating anymore in none of these restaurants. Go back to your old settings because I don't think this franchise will get more customers with this stupid settings, on the contrary crowds will decrease attending to these locations, in fact, there were no customers at all in this location at Hamilton. No more subways for me.
Wait I go there to get a salad and they charged me $19 for the nastiest, grossest salad i ever had in my entire life. 19$ ?!!?!?!?!?!?! ARE THEY

Well, I took the task of leaving my comment because on repeated occasions the lady who serves there is very rude, she prepares things badly and treats the costumers very badly, not to mention that if you want to give her a coupon, things will be worse for you ?

I went there on November 11th around 6:30 pm. I go here all the time. I always use a coupon because the prices are extremely high. I ordered the subway series turkey sub and gave the coupon and was told that I can't use it on that sub. No where on the coupon does it state that you have to pick a certain sub. You have to state on your coupons which subs it applies to. You must honor the purchase if someone uses a coupon, no matter what kind of sub you get. There isn't even a sign on the menu board to state which subs to pick from using the coupons.Also, now there is a metal barrier covering the food where you CAN NOT see what they are doing. That is very unsanitary because you cannot see the content or what the food looks like. I like to see what I am choosing and if it's fresh or not. There are a lot of times that I see the cheese that has the hard crust on them because of sitting there uncovered.
