I always come to this establishment and there is always a problem. I just did an online order and picked up through drive thru. I always am missing a cheese when I order nacho fries and when I had stated it to the worker, the one making the food kept saying that she put it in the bag. I always check my bag before I leave the window. There was no cheese for one of the fries. When I asked for her name, she was going in me very bad attitude and wouldn't tell me her name. I really think it's unprofessional and uncalled for to give an attitude when I have been respectful.

The manager, Ashley, to be exact is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever had serve me! The customer service was terrible and whilst waiting I could see her being extremely disrespectful to the other workers. I saw her on her phone multiple times as well while the person at the cash register was asking her for her manager code she just kept spazzing on the poor girl saying things like "Dont rush me, stop bothering me, stop talking to me" etc. I offered the girl a tip because I felt THAT bad... Please remove this Ashley girl.

I ordered a 12 pack of tacos party pack and 6 cinnabons . They gave me a separate bag that had my sauces and 2 Cinnabons. They gave me the 12 tacos that I ordered and on the bottom of my taco party pack there was an empty Cinnabon wrapper. I am never going there again since the employees want to eat part of my order.

I had two different girls at the window that heard me oder and they till got it wrong charges me for 2 things I only ordered 1 of asked for a frozen drink and a regular Baja soda and they charged me for two frozen and gave me the smallest soda after charging me for the two frozen ones and when they got it wrong and I asked gor the prices on the drinks she gave me an attitude and then spoke to me like I was the child who didn't listen .I spent $40 here on 4 tacos 1 chalupa and 2crunch supreme 1 I didn't even ask for and 2 frozen drinks I didn't ask for and they didn't price correct it or give me my money back instead I got attitude. Cashier was zeianne according to my recipes but the other girl was with the attitude handed me everything . If you can't take the hest get put of fast food I haven't eaten here in years and I come back one time and I will probably never come back again after this experience. And thebfood was terrible to top it all off Do better .

Horrible ! I was waiting at the counter for about 20 minutes and no one came up to me, they ignored me. A working girl came in talking on the phone and stood there without asking what I needed.

I will be contacting corporate about this location, as every single time I place an order, something is either wrong, missing, or cold. This is the ONLY fast food place within my work, so to have my food be this messed up FIVE DAYS A WEEK when they get paid more than most fast food workers is absolutely ridiculous. And then when you tell them they made a mistake, they can’t even be bothered to do their job and write down how they’re going to resolve the issue. I was given a credit for an issue with an order and then when I went to go use said credit, they claimed they “remembered resolving the issue for me”. Unfortunately, I am at mercy to keep eating here as my work hours do not allow for much wiggle room in that department. But I will be ordering the bare minimum and I will be checking every single item from now on before I leave. Although consumers should not have to check the work of the workers.

Every time I order thru the app and they get my order wrong and never gives me my sauces unless I ask for it. I literally waited till they messed up 3 times in a row to write this review and was very patient. But now I'm very pissed because I've been paying for extra stuff and not getting it. I honestly don't think it's because of the staff, I think it's because they are understaffed and this company just puts even more stress on the few people who work there. Maybe increase what you pay to them

Flies all around the restaurant, no ice in the ice machine, all soda was flat, no napkins, NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM
