If I had a checklist of "Reasons to eat at home", this Taco Bell would check all the boxes. The kid working drive-thru definitely wanted to be anywhere else in the world. I don't expect greatness, but at least fake your greeting like you're supposed to. Trust me, kid, life only gets worse.
Anyway, there are so many options to dining outside the home, try to avoid this location. Other Taco Bells have better service.

Ordered a dorito supreme taco and it had no sour cream too late to take it back. I had driven halfway home.It was one order and that was the only order and they messed it up

I usually go thru drive thru l, they are friendly, fast and accurate.
Worst ever place…richie is the worst taco bell employee who Told us that sauce is not free and it coats money and he can’t and won’t give more than 2 sauces /item. He was disrespectful and was touchy. He could say anything he wanted but every time we would react he played victim card. Said he won’t help at all to get the online food we ordered so unfortunately we had to take that and we left the worst store never to come back again

The two kids working here tonight made our experience extremely horrible. They said they will charge extra for any extra fire sauce requested. I did not see that anywhere. In fact the self serve kiosks do not pop up any charge, neither will the taco bell app. They lied blatantly when we asked since when stating that the ""policy" came up a week ago. I absolutely hate this place and will take my business to a nearby west windsor location.. Bad terrible customer service!

This happened 2nd time. Seems Taco Bell Sloan Ave Branch wants to save their cost of Nacho seasoning or may be they always run out of it. 70% of my Nacho fries didn't had nacho seasoning. If i want to order regular fries, I would rather order from somewhere else. Don't advertise wrongly if you don't wish to deliver what we are paying for.
