Went to this place yesterday. They put us on wait list and we waited more that an hour. We came back to get situated, so my parents were in shoprite . She refused to sit us because my parents weren’t present. I don’t understand what is an issue with that ? Even though I told her they will be in soon. So many nice places where you can eat. Don’t waste you time to wait here with 0 customer service. Will never come back.

This Texas Roadhouse continues to be my go-to spot, and my most recent visit was a perfect example of why. When I arrived to pick up my order, I found out someone had taken it before I got there. Instead of giving me the runaround, Frank stepped in immediately and handled the situation with genuine professionalism. He took ownership of the issue, had my meal remade quickly, and made sure everything came out fresh and right.
You don’t see customer service like that very often anymore, and it really stood out. Mistakes happen, but the way Frank approached it—calm, helpful, and focused on making it right—says a lot about how this location does business. Experiences like this are exactly why this is my go-to Texas Roadhouse.

i’ve asked 3-4 PEOPLE to do a happy birthday thing for my mom, we’ve waited for over an hour, they did not do ANYTHING, customer service is not good there. I kept asking and asking, they were saying “yes, of course” but of course nothing happened.
I’ve been here before but brought my boyfriend for his first time. The steaks are always on point. Extremely juicy and tender. The Cesar salads are ok, a little heavy on the dressing making the lettuce a little difficult to get on the fork. loaded Sweet potato is always good! They offer cinnamon butter , or regular butter and marshmallows. All good !! Potato skins were ok my boyfriend says they could’ve been cruncher. The pork chop was ok to my bf but said the sauce that came on the side was salty. They were hard as if they’d been sitting for a few. Our server was attentive and nice as well!
