Disappointing transaction today. Ordered through app. No vitamin C for immunity blast. So smoothies can’t be made. No one contacts me prior to arrival. Food order not ready. Other smoothie from order not ready. No options for credit return. Ask for manager. Not there. Ask for manager’s number not given. Banana given instead of chips.
Workers not too interested in satisfying customer.
Oh well. Manager needs to be on top of staff a little more.
