Terrible customer service. Stayed in line for 5 minutes and no one ever addressed me. A delivery driver behind me was addressed and serviced. Will never go back. What happened to customer service.

Been long time since I ate ate wendys. Had the jr cheeseburger deluxe. It was fresh. Bun better than I remember. Chasier took my order and we chatted. It made it a fun experience.

Got really bad food poisining after I ate here, stay away clearly employee doesnot wash hand or wear gloves when preparing food
Does this look like “a #1 Double Dave’s cheeseburger” that was the first and exact way I said and ordered? No! I don’t know the guy taking orders but he needs to repeat and confirm the order that I clearly said. Tired of this!

Was there 2 times both times they could not get the order right. On the 2nd time, I was missing a burger, then finally getting the burger, it was the wrong one It's not like they were really busy. Just makes me think how much they mess an order up. They really need to work on that.
