I brought my daughter and her friends to Yogurtland for the first time. To start, they walked in and immediately got stared at and side eyed by the employee with the scarf. Next, they were getting samples and another lady from the back came out and followed them around. Then, one of her friends didn’t like the flavor she sampled so she threw out the tiniest bit of yogurt. Instead of letting her just get another flavor she made her pay for pretty much an empty cup and the new cup of frozen yogurt too. Not too mention the other flavors were pretty wet. Somehow the 3 cups totaled up to about 27 dollars for 3 tiny colored people. That’s DISGUSTING for the amount that they got and trust me when I say they didn’t get very much.Overall employees are rude and not easy to understand and they acted like the customers were an annoyance to them, the quality of the yogurt is mid and watery/soggy, and it’s overpriced. Don’t waste your time.

Get it everyday, it is actually a good uogurt place and very convenient.

Best yogurt in the world. The flavors are all really delicious. Must try. No other brand can compare to Yogurtland. The kids really enjoyed it. A lot of variety in flavors and toppings. Toasted Coconut is an excellent flavor.

Although I appreciate all the different flavor and toppings selections was good. The actual Frozen Yogurt was low quality. It melted and turned into soup in less than 5 minutes. That tells me it’s very water down and low quality. The price was very good, so if you aren’t expecting amazing quality it won’t be that bad.

Worst customer service, they do not know how to talk to humans. This place has been my go-to place since 2016, but lately they are super rude to a level they screamed at my nephew.Not going there again till the time they change their staff.

It’s hard for me to rate this place aOne star because it used to be such a fun treat for myself and my partner. We would look forward to going here and we became friendly with one of the women who worked there & she’s amazing BUTTTTT… they got this younger one with glasses who works there now who completely DESTROYS the experience. We went from going there constantly, to the point if we didn’t go for a week, the nice woman would notice and said she missed us etc.. but now, I won’t step foot in there ever again. The last 3 TIMES that nasty younger girl with the glasses was rude to us. Not just to us but anyone. Her tone, her demeanor, the way she speaks to you, the way she sticks her finger in your face, the way she rushes you. The last time she was so rude, we couldn’t even put the lids on our yogurt because she threw the lids and the bag at us and ushered with her hands for us to move and I’m standing there with two frozen yogurts trying to put lids on them and put them in the bag and I had to stand outside and walk all discombobulated to the car and finally was able to get lids on them and put them in the bag. We went from spending a few times a week there to now never going there again. All because some miserable girl who is obviously related to the family who owns it and they are making a huge mistake by allowing this girl to destroy their business with her nasty attitude. I had a whole conversation outside one time about her after a rude encounter with her and 2 other groups of customers who were eating outside on the bench heard me and they also chimed in about how mean she was to them as well.Please don’t waste my time with your automated response to reach out to customer service either. You’re not gonna change anything, shes clearly related or family in some way to the owners and you’ll just keep her there regardless of what anyone says so, I’m posting this for future customers to be warned.
recently visited Yogurtland and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of the employees (short-one wearing a black scarf). Throughout my interaction with this employee, she was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in providing me with the assistance I needed. It's unacceptable to have such a negative attitude toward customers, and I hope that management takes action to address this issue and prevent it from happening in the future.

If it is purely for the food taste alone, I would have given four stars. When we walked in, one of the staff, appears to be the manager was yelling at her own staff who is at the cash register in a very, yes, in a very loud voice. Felt very strange. Picked up the ice creams, when we came for topping, I was taking strawberry and pineapple and mistakenly dropped the pineapple spoon with the strawberry. A loud voice, "DONT DO THAT". I was taken aback. Instantly I apologized. She's just rubbed her nose with the back of her left hand and walked away! Another customer walked in. This staff, the supposedly manager (I'm sure very new to the position) yelled at the person at the cash counter, "Always, always greet the person who walks in!" Good food, Bad Service. I'm not going there again!
