Always fresh, absolutely yummy. The wait was about 15 min which isn't too long, the food is well seasoned and the workers are nice. You eat in the comfort of your car. It's worth the 35 min drive to get this food. I would recommend this truck 100 times over!
WOW. These Tacos are incredible! I highly recommend the 'el Pastor' tacos which are infused with pineapple, and fresh herbs. This is a great place to get authentic flavors. I never knew what a real taco was before until we tasted La Carreta Taco Truck. This is a great place to grab some lunch, or a snack. It is hidden away on a back road, but for good reason.
