Spontaneously on a Saturday, the missus and I decided to drive an hour and a half to Tomasello's Hammonton New Jersey winery. With no expectations other than my seeing on the website that there was a winery and an open tasting room, we set out on the adventure. This was my 3rd time coming here and I have enjoyed it every time. They have an excellent list of wine to choose from that will satisfy just about anyone. I'm a sweet wine kinda gal. I cannot stand dry and bitter wine. But this place by far has some of the best and sweetest wines I have ever tasted. My favorites are the hard ciders the Ginger Peach and the apple are excellent. Udpated 3/17/23I cannot say enough about about how much I enjoy the Opera Galas at Tomasello Winery!I go for the Opera Galas, usually 4 times a year. Good food, good wine, good performances at a reasonable price.
