A green smoothie is $7 and supposed to be 16oz. They are now selling them for the same price, but in smaller containers, which is deceitful. This small cup for $7 and it wasn’t even good. I will not be returning. Do better!

Clearly they don't really check anything just marking the bag because I had no spoon or napkins for the drive through. Had to go inside and get them myself. I agree with the 75% if the time incorrect or incomplete orders. I always have issues with not getting croutons, today was a new one of no spoon or napkins even when I selected to receive utensils since I'm not staying there for my meal.

Food was good, but some of my dishes weren't made properly in accordance with requests. A nice looking store on the outside, but the inside had some gross parts. Dirty tables, no napkins, a mess at the drink dispenser. I prefer different Panera locations.

I had received an incorrect item in an order, I went back and the manager addressed it without any question and was super sweet! Great customer service, I feel lucky to have this Panera so close to my home.

My order is wrong 75% of the time with the drive thru and it is incredibly slow even when no one is in the parking lot or line. The servers all communicate very poorly. But Wegmans closed their coffee shop and its the only place around....Update: Went into the store thinking it might be better -- was told to use the automated kiosk to pay, have to walk to the back and wait for a cup, then make my own coffee....for the time wasted, lack of service, and expense -- this place sucks. You win, I'm quitting coffee.
How do you forget the chicken on my chicken avocado blt 4 times in 3 months. I can't imagine I'm the only one this has happened to. The last few times its happened I spoke to the female manager on duty and she was unapologetic. Ridiculous!

There ticket time is the worst in the country I waited 45 min for my food I watched it go to the wrong car twice my sandwich was half cooked and sloppy my lettuce in my salad wasn't washed it tasted horrible
