I had received an incorrect item in an order, I went back and the manager addressed it without any question and was super sweet! Great customer service, I feel lucky to have this Panera so close to my home.

My order is wrong 75% of the time with the drive thru and it is incredibly slow even when no one is in the parking lot or line. The servers all communicate very poorly. But Wegmans closed their coffee shop and its the only place around....Update: Went into the store thinking it might be better -- was told to use the automated kiosk to pay, have to walk to the back and wait for a cup, then make my own coffee....for the time wasted, lack of service, and expense -- this place sucks. You win, I'm quitting coffee.

How do you forget the chicken on my chicken avocado blt 4 times in 3 months. I can't imagine I'm the only one this has happened to. The last few times its happened I spoke to the female manager on duty and she was unapologetic. Ridiculous!

There ticket time is the worst in the country I waited 45 min for my food I watched it go to the wrong car twice my sandwich was half cooked and sloppy my lettuce in my salad wasn't washed it tasted horrible

We visited at around 12:30 pm on a Monday. The restaurant was busy, but not packed. My wife and I began to place our order at the order kiosk. We were almost done entering our order when a young lady employee came up to us to tell is that they would not be able to complete our order. Apparently they were having issues with their computer in the kitchen?
We offered to place our order with a person and pay cash if that was easier. We were told no and that there was no way we could get food there at this time. Incredible!
Sent away at 12:30 on a Monday. An open restaurant incapable of providing food.

This used to be a good Panera but the service has been poor in recent months. The order is usually wrong. For example, they skip main ingredients and either do not tell you or do not bother to check the order. I've ordered many ways, mobile, drive thru, and all the same lack of service. It's a shame because other Paneras provide better service and more accurate but you have to drive further away. I hope they improve their hiring and training processes.

They made a small mistake and forgot a grilled cheese and when I came back to pick it up the gave me a big bag of cookies to apologize. 10/10 customer service.
