They gave me the worst banana I have ever seen in my life with my delivery. Otherwise the food was alright.

What's not to like about this place?! I mean, great location, neat interior, greatly friendly staffs, food freshly prepared, free WiFi, comfortable seatings, charging outlets, great welcoming atmosphere, ...etc. You name it! Seriously if I live around this neighborhood, I would love to come here for my cup of Joe everyday! I had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with $2 off on one pastry deal. The soup was hot and superb, and the pastry bear claw was delicious as well. The App was user friendly, too. Very nice store!

The restaurant offers delicious and fresh food, creating a conducive environment for both dining and work with available WiFi. I highly recommend the chicken avocado melt and veg caprese, and don't miss out on trying their cappuccino.

Purchased via drive thru, quality of food was subpar. Salads were not fresh and just thrown together. I found a microscopic sprinkle of Parmesan on my Caesar salad. The turkey avocado was so cold I think they pulled it from the furthest shelf from the freezer.Tried to find feedback forum on the Panera app but they only have a support forum full of AI generated responses. Poor quality will not be returning.

Panera used to a great lunch option, but now they charge WAY more than their food is worth.

The thin, ponytail, glasses wearing girl that worked the drive-thru for me was SO pleasantly nice and sweet!! She needs to be recognized for her amazing customer service!! The drive-thru can be busy, and for quality food the wait will come, but it's worth it when you are greeted with such a nice personality at the drive-thru... shoutout to that worker!! As usual the ambiance in Panera is nice, this one has that niceness.

There was perfume in my wife's soup, she asked me to try it and I said yep there is definitely perfume in the chicken noodle soup.. There should be better policies here on food handling..

We had been in the car awhile and weren't that hungry. Panera soups are perfect for a light dinner. Onion is my favorite.

Worst Panera branch you can imagine. It’s the closest one to me, another one is 20 min away. Always always late. Drive through is one of the worst experiences you will have day after day. They make you wait and wait and wait and when you say anything they say we are understaffed and we do catering most of the time. We have no time to look after the customer we get into the branch. Why do you even have a front store if you do t want to look after the walk in or drive through customer and you only want to take care of catering. Close the fro t store make everybody happy and just do your catering without upsetting drive through customer or walk ins. Management you are doing a horrible job you don’t deserve your position

I have to say, I realized today that Panera is not what it used to be. My lunch was $20 and tasted more like fast food than their food several years ago.

I went to Panera drive thru and ordered $50 worth of food for my family. When I got home, everything was completely wrong. They gave me the wrong order. Not a single item was correct. Normally, you would just drive back and have them correct the mistake. But this Panera is 20 minutes from my home. I called and spoke to the manager, Michelle, and asked her if she could just refund my debit card. She said she could not but that the next time I’m in the area, ask for her and she will take care of what happened. That’s great and all, but I went in on 3 separate occasions and every time I went, she wasn’t there. I explained the situation to their cashier and they said I needed to speak to Michelle. So let me get this straight, Panera completely messes up every single item in a $50 order, then they refuse to refund the payment on a card, then they waste our time driving back there 3 times. Don’t go here…it’s not worth the frustration…

If you order "for here" you'll be waiting a long time... They cater to orders placed online or via the app. Yes, it was 1:00 pm and the end of the lunch rush, but they totally ignored their "for here" orders and only pumped out orders placed ahead. A bunch of people were waiting for their in-house orders along with us as we watched the online order status board. No joke, we waited 30 minutes for 2 bowls of soup and a sandwich.
