I went to the store this morning. I believe the Store Number is 346746, right by the Skylands Ice Skating Rink. I have never walked into a more dysfunctional store. First off, prioritizing mobile orders over customers that come into your store is something that has to be reviewed and changed. I can't wait until automation makes this store more efficient.
Follow me on this journey of incompetence. I walked into the store, there are two guys in line, and two customers waiting for their mobile orders. The two people waiting for their mobile orders get served and they leave. Us three at the counter place our orders and pay. In the meantime, two more mobile orders walked in and got their food and drink. The three of us start looking at our watches and make remarks that this is taking far too long for the amount of people in this store. Where are our orders? One guy managed to get his order and he left. In walks an entire bus of high-school, maybe middle-school aged kids. They all placed mobile orders and the entire bus load of students could barely fit in this store. Instead of assessing the situation, and getting the food out for the people who actually take time to interact with your staff, they start making all the food and drink for the bus of kids. The guy in front of me starts going this is insane, I have to get to work. Mind you, we now have been there over 15 mins waiting for simple bacon egg and cheese bagels. I kindly ask the woman making the sandwiches if she can tell which orders were placed in store as we both been waiting for 15 minutes and have to get to work. She didn't respond. A few more minutes pass and that guy walked out. Mind you, he paid for his order and received nothing because they would not make his order. MOBILE is prioritized instead of customers who like to have some sort of human interaction. So then, for the final time I ask is it possible to not put me behind the entire bus of students, and she gave me a snark answer and said she has other sandwiches to make first. I asked for the store number and left without my order as I had to get to work as well. Two customers paid for their orders and did not receive them due to MOBILE orders being prioritized. To add insult to injury, these were people who really shouldn't be drinking coffee. Why are middle-schoolers ordering fancy coffee drinks?
Finally, I have been a manager across retail and other hospitality services my entire career and I have NEVER seen this level of incompetence nor any wiliness to understand the situation and make things right. I will never stop at this Dunkin again, in fact, I am so frustrated by this interaction, I will NEVER use them for my business or personal life. I used Dunkin for many events and catering breakfasts. Never again, Panara will do fine and they have a better product. This interaction has made me so salty against Dunkin, I am now looking into how to franchise Tim Hortons to start giving Dunkin competition in New Jersey and America. I will ensure we place them nice and close to Dunkin Donuts.
I would like my money back and my points back. Corporate will be my next call and email, as this review is not all.

I think Dunkin’ Donuts has gone downhill. Most of them get my order wrong all the time and they never have what I want. This one in Stockholm though is excellent.
It's a Dunkin, but the staff is friendly, personable and competent. Food is always made right, the coffee is consistent, and the store is always clean.
