Honestly the food is great from here but recently i ordered biryani. I picked up my order and brought it home. It was so salty. Incredibly salty and i called them back. They argued and did not want to replace my item. I didn’t even ask for my money back. All i wanted was to get my biryani replaced. I had to explain to them about how i didn’t want my money back and all i was asking for was a replacement. I went back to the store they finally gave a replacement after a bit of back and forth but even then the biryani tasted completely bland. And it tasted super funky. I’m not sure what is the case. But this customer service was not good at all. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

One of THE WORST biryaani ever, there was paneer curry covered with rice, it’s not biryaani at all.

I usually order spicy biryani/chicken from Biryani Twist and can handle spice well. But yesterday’s order was unbearably spicy—I couldn’t even eat 2 spoons.

There is no consistency in spice levels. Management needs to control this and confirm spice levels properly instead of adding spice randomly.

Earlier I would’ve given 4 stars, but after this experience it’s 2.5–3 stars.

Advice to customers: clearly confirm spice level before ordering.

Well, please don’t get fooled just because you like the flavor that makes your tongues feel like it’s wanting more and more of what your tummy wants, that’s all just some umamic magic.

Cause I have ordered mushroom 999, the mushroom is very thin sliced and 80% is coated with some flour ig and in the picture I have shared is a before and after picture mushroom after I have eaten the mushroom how much of flour is left and how thin is the mushroom.

That’s about $10 ig and got almost got nothing from what I would I get from an actually 200 grams mushroom at store, Not worth it at all.

I would rather spend $10 on fresh mushrooms but we rely on restaurants cause they serve food for us, but where restaurants main goal isn’t providing good food then id say it’s filthy idea.

I had never posted a review about a restaurant yet but had to post about this restaurant. A perfect combination of quality food, service, atmosphere and friendly host. Ordered goat sukha multiple times from here, it is a must try!

We ordered chicken 65, lollipop, chicken manchurian, the triple schezwan rice. Only triple fried rice was ok, but had lot of color added to it. Chicken 65 had weird uncooked stale smell. Machurian was too oily and oil was floating on top with it’s chicken tasting weird as well. Triple fried rice gravy also was stale it seems. Will not recommend this restaurant

I ordered chicken lollipop & it was so bad. Too much color and not flavorful at all. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.
