I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred when I visited your location. I was walking in to get food with my service dog when the security guard was extremely rude and denied my dog entry, despite the fact that my dog is a trained service animal.
I had already spoken with the manager previously, who confirmed that my service dog is allowed in the restaurant as per company policy and ADA regulations. However, during this visit, the security guard confronted me aggressively — getting in my face, using inappropriate language, bringing up personal matters, and even calling out my name. This behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel disrespected and unsafe.
I am a regular customer who visits this Burger King frequently and spend a lot of money there. I value your restaurant, but this experience was deeply disappointing. I would like to request that this issue be addressed immediately and that your staff and contracted security are reminded of Burger King’s service animal policy and proper conduct toward customers with disabilities.
