Yesterday was National soft serve day. Carvel offers Small Cup or Cone of Soft Serve for $1.00. Limit one per person.
I brought my son there around 10:45am yesterday. I showed the below offer page, but this staff clearly told me “No, it’s one ice cream per group of people!”. So I could only get one ice cream for my son. Nothing for myself.
After talking to my friend later yesterday, my friend told me every person can get one ice cream. Here I am attaching Carvel offer and the staff that refused me with Carvel national offer.

Totally disappointed yesterday i ordered with Uber 3 ice creams first thing wrong the’ve always send them each one in a brown paper bag this time they just put the 3 of them in a cup holder and just inside a regular plastic bag, bag that could’ve easily been opened by the driver. I sent the bad review in the Uber app and sent proof of the 3 ice creams that looked all spell out and opened and i haven’t even got a response about it. By the time i got the order the store was close so there was no way i could go and give them back the order so i wasted 33 dollars.

I tried the birthday cake limited flavor this Wednesday. It was really good. I always get vanilla with hot fudge. My go to BOGO wednesday’s! Sweet! I have also tried Coconut other than soft serves, it was good however I prefer their softserve and shakes more!

Hello; Even though I asked the dark skin girl working at the cash register for a bag 3 times, she did not hear me because she was playing with her phone. When I told her to take care of the customers, she said that her shift was about to end and spoke to me in a very rude and bad manner. Urgent action needs to be taken against her.

Love carvel soft serve but noticed some odd signs which made sense after getting the ice cream. Cup is hardly filled and half melted. Owner is the cheapest person on the planet, literally put the cup on a scale (which wasn't zeroed out for the cup) and said that amount is correct for $4. Sad.
Carvel serves some of the best ice creams in the area. However this location is not up to their standards. I ordered a medium shake and the shake was hardly filled in the cup. No whipped cream was offered. Very disappointed. Not

Pros:Ice cream tastes very good.Place is overall clean.Ice cream birthday cakes for kids with eggs etc. allergy.Cons:Not a lot of space to sit inside.Can be crowded at times.Prices are not low and if you go for toppings then it adds up.

Went in excited to get a shake and ice cream on a hot day. There were a total of 4 of us that went in. The lady working looked at us and said nothing. She just continued icing whatever she was icing. After 10 minutes of standing there we decided to leave and go to Dunkin next door. That lady is going to lose them a lot of money
