Hello; Even though I asked the dark skin girl working at the cash register for a bag 3 times, she did not hear me because she was playing with her phone. When I told her to take care of the customers, she said that her shift was about to end and spoke to me in a very rude and bad manner. Urgent action needs to be taken against her.

Love carvel soft serve but noticed some odd signs which made sense after getting the ice cream. Cup is hardly filled and half melted. Owner is the cheapest person on the planet, literally put the cup on a scale (which wasn't zeroed out for the cup) and said that amount is correct for $4. Sad.

Carvel serves some of the best ice creams in the area. However this location is not up to their standards. I ordered a medium shake and the shake was hardly filled in the cup. No whipped cream was offered. Very disappointed. Not

Pros:Ice cream tastes very good.Place is overall clean.Ice cream birthday cakes for kids with eggs etc. allergy.Cons:Not a lot of space to sit inside.Can be crowded at times.Prices are not low and if you go for toppings then it adds up.

Went in excited to get a shake and ice cream on a hot day. There were a total of 4 of us that went in. The lady working looked at us and said nothing. She just continued icing whatever she was icing. After 10 minutes of standing there we decided to leave and go to Dunkin next door. That lady is going to lose them a lot of money

My friend and I found this place in Harrison New Jersey. Delicious Salty Caramel Ice Cream, lots of toppings !! Everything for less than $15 for 2 people. Worth it!! Service may be a little slow at times... still 5 stars to me! I'll be back for Sundays and banana splits!

Trying this place out for the first time, ordered for a delivery, the ice cream was perfect, the caramel sauce perfect, only thing missing was the caramel drizzle. Will be back to try something else in store soon.UPDATE came in to try the sundae,it was ok, service was nice.

Gave me a melty ice cream that was inedible, took one bite, and asked for a replacement because it was literally melting, and they still made me pay for it. It tasted bad. That's why I usually don't eat this artificial garbage, but it was all that's open. Take my advice and go to Nastos or even Ritas if you have a choice.

The staff is super friendly usually but on days like Wednesday or in the evening it might get pretty busy, so be ready to wait up to 10-15min to order your ice cream.

Fun and Welcoming experience, my first time there, Andrea was kind and patient and made a delicious recommendation of Grapefruit sorbet with Dragon Fruit Lemonade sorbet as a shake w/ water, which was super refreshing on this hot sunny day!
