Tiam Tiam is a charming Asian eatery with a warm atmosphere. The salmon miso bento box and onigiri are delicious, with friendly service that quickly addresses any issues. Customers appreciate the welcoming staff and inviting space. The fried oysters are especially praised for their freshness, juiciness, and size, often making customers feel truly happy. The restaurant also offers a spicy mayo and rice that add extra flavor.
The space may be a bit tight, but the food comes quickly and is delicious. Customers have enjoyed the salt & pepper chicken bento, with the fried chicken being super crispy and juicy, and the portion bigger than expected. The homemade chili oil was also a standout, being rich, fragrant, and perfectly spicy. The restaurant serves congee, and the Korean-style bacon over rice and tender, flavorful pork belly were also praised. The poached egg, mixed with the rice and pork belly, was a perfect combination. The serving sizes were generous, and the Taiwanese rice milk and popcorn chicken were also enjoyed.
Customers have noted the delicious pork chop, which was crispy, flavorful, and filling, as well as the crunchy and well-seasoned popcorn chicken. The softshell crab onigiri, however, was just average. The milk tea was a disappointment, lacking in taste and bubbles. The onigiris were a highlight, being large, stuffed, and reasonably priced. The dalgona coffee was also enjoyed. The staff is described as sweet, helpful, and patient in assisting customers with their orders.
