Ordered at 10:09 am, mobile order. 10:21still waiting. The manager, Mauricio, was too busy verbally berating an employee in front of a crowd of people, rather than helping her. He walked from one side to the next to bark orders, and joke around with people waiting in line, but NEVER once stopped to help the woman making drinks. He clearly has severe anger issues, and I can't get over the way he was yelling at this woman in front of a crowd of people. I will not order from this store again, as long as he works there.

Waited 10 minutes to be served. Staff walks around does not acknowledge customers waiting because there is not enough workers. There is not enough staff here to take care of customers. The owner of this place needs to take accountability or corporate should be involved. Very shameful if he is trying to save money.

Visited 4:30pm on Thursday 11/14 and Adil (I think his name was) was great. Had a big smile on his face, which was contagious. His good energy and mood made a positive impact on my day. He did a great job.

“The worst behavior I’ve experienced from employees at this location at Harrison Plaza, NJ
I have a specific allergy to the combination of bacon and eggs. Recently, Dunkin’ offered a deal for $6 that included a medium coffee, bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and hash browns. I asked the employee to leave the bacon out of my sandwich but still give me the deal. Normally, I request bacon on the side to avoid the egg and bacon combination due to my allergy. At other locations, this has never been an issue, but here, they accused me of trying to manipulate the deal for an extra item. Both the employee and the female manager unjustifiably raised their voices at me. The male employee who is looking fat and works in evening literally yelling on me without cause.
This is how the employees treat their customers here. It’s common sense that I don’t want bacon and eggs together, and by leaving the bacon out, the meat isn’t wasted but kept for them to use without throwing it away.
I think Dunkin’ needs more intelligent employees who can better handle situations like this. It would not only improve customer service but also help boost sales and manage product stock more efficiently.”

The worker here made an incorrect ice coffee when he was told caramel swirl and creamer. Nothing with black coffee or sugar. He was very rude and talking shit in his language with other customers present which I find it very unprofessional.
