This person at working at the store counter was very very rude to talk to me. I am surprised to see Dunkin hire such caliber staff. I have attached the receipt of the stores what i had purchased and shows date and time management should find out from the camera recording what had happened and take necessary action to save Dunkin s precious customers. There was only one person at up front so it might be easy for management to take action against you staff present at that very moment.

Ordered at 10:09 am, mobile order. 10:21still waiting. The manager, Mauricio, was too busy verbally berating an employee in front of a crowd of people, rather than helping her. He walked from one side to the next to bark orders, and joke around with people waiting in line, but NEVER once stopped to help the woman making drinks. He clearly has severe anger issues, and I can't get over the way he was yelling at this woman in front of a crowd of people. I will not order from this store again, as long as he works there.
