My experience with this dunkin has been wonderful each time. The food is cooked well, the coffee is hot and well blended. And the service is wonderful and kind. The atmosphere of this small cafe is gentle and quiet but welcoming

It's incredible! You better place your order on the app or I don't know you. $17-24 will get you enough food for two, it will be ready in a timely manner and it's GOOD! Their fried items are fresh, coffee is fresh everything is fresh! They serve with a smile and eye contact, sometimes moving their work right in front of you so you see it finished right away!
I promise go in there with a smile, be patient and give them space and they will do the world for you. There are fantastic souls working here on Passaic for our benefit.
Parking SUCKS. DON'T drive, throw that car in the dumpster. Park across the street or park carefully in their tiny lot.

I’m not sure how long you need to work there to tell the difference between iced coffee and iced tea. Ordering in the app is supposed to be efficient yet I’m constantly asking them to refund my points over the same problem.

This is the second time I order from here through Uber eats and I have to say I'm very happy I came across this Dunkin, as a former Manager at Dunkin Donuts I can tell when the staff cares and puts effort into making the food and drinks and this place nailed it.I ordered Triple chocolate chip muffins and Mocha latte and it was perfect especially for the time I ordered which was pretty late the muffin was still soft and the drink was fresh.This will be the only Dunkin I order from. Thankyou!

Staff here needs to make sure they don’t leave there brain at home on the dresser. It’s needed when you come to work.Instead of making what people ordered this women is making what she wants to make. An iced latte and ice coffee is not the same. Especially once you charge me for a latte and give me a iced coffee.
