The lady is ignorant. She asks for extra charge (50 cents) for less ice request of iced latte. And told me it was required by company. “If you have question, ask the company.” I never paid extra for less ice in other Dunkin’ stores.

I walked in. There was one person in the store and the man ignored me for 10 minutes when I said, can I get a cup of coffee? He looked at me very nasty and said I’m making food for somebody I said, but you not told me what is happening it’s customary to say hello sir. I’ll be with you shortly. This man was rude and nasty. He had his headphones on the whole time

I just visited this dunkin and there is one guy who is serving but he is busy with phone, I ordered a matcha latte with caramel flavor but it doesn't taste like matcha latte. He is more into his phone.. rather than serving people. Worst experience ever.

This is big far the worse dunkin donuts in the history of dunkin donuts. When ever i go saturday morning to get my bagel with sausage i ask for no cheese. And every single time they put cheese. They forever have nasty attitude like is my fault they are working there. Im paying money for something that i want not something they want to give me. Always such a bad experience and next time i go there i will make a big in person complain becahse is a waste of money that i cant even eat my food the way i like it. Again VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!

My experience with this dunkin has been wonderful each time. The food is cooked well, the coffee is hot and well blended. And the service is wonderful and kind. The atmosphere of this small cafe is gentle and quiet but welcoming

It's incredible! You better place your order on the app or I don't know you. $17-24 will get you enough food for two, it will be ready in a timely manner and it's GOOD! Their fried items are fresh, coffee is fresh everything is fresh! They serve with a smile and eye contact, sometimes moving their work right in front of you so you see it finished right away!
I promise go in there with a smile, be patient and give them space and they will do the world for you. There are fantastic souls working here on Passaic for our benefit.
Parking SUCKS. DON'T drive, throw that car in the dumpster. Park across the street or park carefully in their tiny lot.

I’m not sure how long you need to work there to tell the difference between iced coffee and iced tea. Ordering in the app is supposed to be efficient yet I’m constantly asking them to refund my points over the same problem.
