This was the dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen in my life. Flies were everywhere—buzzing around like they owned the place. I looked up at the menu, hoping to grab a bite, but instantly changed my mind. The sheer number of flies made my stomach turn. The windows? They looked like someone had wiped them down with a greasy rag. Absolutely foul.

Horrible Last night received luke warm coffee and asked for it hot, the guy reached into my car to feel the cup and said oh no, thats hot. I said nah, i want a hot one so he took it back. 5 mins later he gave me the exact same luke warm coffee Well, guess j will just hit WAWA from now on. He was rude and couldn't care less about customers. Kind of feel for the owner thats why I am posting this. I never review things but this just rubbed me wrong!!!!!

Very rude personnel. Tennager walked in, no one said any thing to him and or offered any help. I walked in, several employees looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I finally flagged someone, who looked at me, then flagged another employee. She answered my question, as my son asked her a question, another customer walked in and she gave him all her attention, rang him up, and served him. He walked out and I had to use the self serve. Got my donuts and as I was leaving told another employee I was dissatisfied with their customer service. HE TURNED HIS BACK TO ME! HOPE CORPORATE GETS THIS!!!
