Very rude personnel. Tennager walked in, no one said any thing to him and or offered any help. I walked in, several employees looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I finally flagged someone, who looked at me, then flagged another employee. She answered my question, as my son asked her a question, another customer walked in and she gave him all her attention, rang him up, and served him. He walked out and I had to use the self serve. Got my donuts and as I was leaving told another employee I was dissatisfied with their customer service. HE TURNED HIS BACK TO ME! HOPE CORPORATE GETS THIS!!!

Horrible. I go to this Dunkin all the time and they always have the inside closed. When we order food, they say we’re not making any food. Staff is extremely slow and rude. This Dunkin deserves no stars. Don’t recommend going here worst Dunkin to ever exist. Steph also messes up orders and never brings out our food. Very disappointing

Got my order wrong. CONSTANTLY WALKED AWAY FROM ME AS I WAS GIVING THE GUY MY ORDER!!! Who does that? At least they didn't ruin the food. I ordered 2 wake up wraps - actually done quite well which is why I didn't give one star. Messed up my drink order. Guy was way more concerned with getting people in and out quickly than getting the order right. Also, he pulled me away from the kiosk to take my order. Why do that if you're going to walk away and help other people IN THE MIDDLE OF PROCESSING MY ORDER? Just let me use the kiosk, then. Whatever.

Just the worst Dunkin. I come early in the morning. Mobile orders are never ready inside and the drive thru takes forever. The people taking the orders are the worst. The worst is the only way I know how to describe it. This is the first review I’ve ever written. I hate this Dunkin that much that I’m wasting my time writing a review because this place is THEE worst Dunkin in the tri state area.
