I have tried several Five Guys and all are fine. But this one was really bad! The bread of the burger was soggy and cold. The burger was just bad and the fries cold and soggy also. I don’t know how you can pay over 15$ for burgers and fry and get this….

Starving, got out of work late. It was 10:40pm when I entered and got rejected to get served. The staff was cleaning up already. Other than that, the food in any five guys is just delicious.

I just want to share how amazing and kind the staff is at this Five Guys location starting with the boss/manager all the way down to the rest of his awesome staff. I travel to and from work everyday taking the PATH and am not always able to afford to purchase food every-time I come in but that does not deter them from showing me kindness. He has allowed me to use the bathroom on a busy day after being a teacher/counselor all day and not having a minute to go. His staff has found a crucial item I left behind for my at home business that if I would’ve lost I may be divorced at this current moment lol. He never hesitates to let me come in when I am waiting for my wife to pick me up and it is pouring outside. Just this morning he helped out by providing me with tissues when my wife was have an allergy fit. I will be forever grateful to this boss and his staff for showing me kindness during these moments of difficulty and stress. I will always spend my money here when my wife and I are craving a burger like we did after a 3 hour drive home from CT and we could’ve gotten something closer to the house. They have earned my business when I can over and over and over again. Sometimes kindness goes along way and for that I am forever grateful to this business and wish them nothing but continued success. Also, I heard they are doing breakfast now and I can’t wait to have a few extra sheckles to head in and try it myself! Thank you!!!

You know I’ve had five guys before but coming into this the guy Jeff has such great hospitality it actually made the meal better. To know the food was handled and made with care, I’m actually surprised and impressed the food was very very good I will definitely be back and great customer service and great atmosphere very clean as well. Thank you Jeff 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

we spent $80 on food here. we bought bottle drinks and asked if we could have the fountain drink cup just to pour the bottle drink in as we are traveling far and sharing the drink. all we wanted was cups to use. the asian lady wanted us to pay extra for the cups and refused to give us any. she was very rude and not helpful at all. the guy with glasses and the asian lady were cursing at us under their breath and giving us dirty looks, and rolling their eyes at us. all we wanted was plastic cups to share drinks WE ALREADY BOUGHT, but she refused to give us any. poor service and treated us like we were nothing. disappointed in this location, and will not return
