Drinks were decent! Food was not great. Clams were overcooked and bitter, beef sliders had no taste.

Food was ok, calamari felt and looked more like onion rings than calamari, drinks were fine, I liked my dirty martini, but the espresso martini wasn’t that good at all, I ordered a jumbo pretzel, when I asked for another small sauce, I was told I have to pay for it, I told the bar tender no I won’t pay for a sauce, she said talk to the manager, then she came back with 4 small sauces, I told her wow this is too much and thank you, you didn’t have to, she said it was her manager asking her to charge me but it’s ok not to worry about it, now I closed my tap, and guess what? They charged me 2.50 for sauces that I was told it’s ok don’t worry about! At this point, I will pay my full check, but would we all come back a group of almost 30 people waiting to attend the soccer game that night? Trust me, it’s not worth it, you guys wanted to charge me for a sauce that literally won’t cost you 5 cents when my check is more than $50 dollars!
What a horrible customer service! In food industry and restaurants you know one small sauce won’t add anything to your overall cost, but playing around to make me pay 2.5??? Smh! Seriously! The manager needs some courses in cost management and customer service!
Very disappointed!

Great menu, not so much on execution. I took a large group before a Gotham FC game. Good flavors but the seafood in my paella was overcooked as well as the burgers everyone ordered. Fix those things and you have a solid meal.

I recently experienced an excellent happy hour at Joia! Everything was divine from the service to the food and drinks. I met up with one of my friends after work and we were shocked that the place was empty. It's a beautiful spot that really feels like upscale tapas and bar.
We received stellar service from our waiter and our bartender! We had your basic appetizers from wings to shrimp and garlic but everything was cooked well and had quality ingredients. The shrimp was very much reminiscent of my Florida garlic shrimp tray order, cooked to perfection and well flavored!
My friend who lives in the area could not believe she hadn't ventured over to this restaurant previously but made it known, this was her new spot! The service was very attentive, the drinks were excellent: we had spicy Palomas and strawberry Hennessys. Both full of good flavor and liquor. My only regret was not getting either servers name! Avoid all the traffic over the bridge and stop in today!
Parking: Parked in garage for free during the week for happy hour

Ordered the seafood paella. Lobster, shrimp, scallops, class and mussels were all cooked perfectly!
Lost a star on the rice. Two hallmarks of paella, imo, are the saffron, and the crispy bottom and edges. This dish just had plain rice.
Service could not have been better, good wines! Thank you!

Appetizer was very good. Octopus ? and kale. The main course was lackluster sadly. A big beautiful steak ? with ham, egg, pickled cauliflower, and homemade potato chips on top. The steak had exactly zero seasonings on it. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. Very odd. It made the entire dish bland and tasteless. I felt bad for the steak. Service was fine. I left the server a huge tip. Atmosphere was a ton of fun as they had a karaoke ? dj there who was really good.

They have the best entrees. I love their salmon stuffed with crab meat . Their buffalo wings are super meaty and more gourmet than most places . They always have great specials . My mom likes their steak sandwich a lot too . She wanted to tell everyone that lol :)!

I’ve been eating and ordering from them for four years ! They are the best. It’s like eating homemade meals. I’ve had their chicken saltimbocca special twice and it’s my favorite! They have the best wings around too! Staff is awesome and always makes you feel welcome! It’s always clean and spacious if you wanted to bring your family!

DO NOT get the Cod. Hard to make cod tough and chewy but they did it. Horrible attitude from the waitress before during and after
