Mishtaan never disappoints! We recently tried their Combo Couple Tiffin, and it was absolutely fantastic. The portions were generous and perfect for two people to share. Kadi-Pakoda, Masala Chole, Dal Tadka, Jeera Basamati Rice and Fresh Pulka Roti in the tiffin was fresh, flavorful, and tasted just like authentic home-cooked Indian food.
The variety was amazing—each dish complemented the other so well, giving us a complete, satisfying meal. The spices were balanced beautifully, and you could really tell the care that goes into their cooking. It’s a great value for the price and makes dining feel both special and comforting.
Highly recommend the Combo Couple Tiffin if you want a hearty, delicious, and authentic Indian meal in Harrison!
First time visiting this restaurant, and I must say everything we tried was flavorful and delicious! Even my little picky eaters loved their chicken nuggets and French fries—and they even suggested adding cheese pizza to the menu.
The samba (which they normally don’t serve by itself) was absolutely delicious. The chicken tikka pizza, garlic chili momos, and fried chicken were all spot on.
I can’t wait to go back and try the platters next time. One small suggestion: it would be great if management added combo options to the menu, and maybe offered just a little more French fries for the price.
Mabhu’s customer service was excellent—so friendly and helpful in navigating the menu, which made the experience even better.
Overall, a fantastic first experience—we’ll definitely be back!
Very rude staff. They mixed up my order, on complaining they told me on the phone that i can come pick up the item that was sent wrong. Since I couldn’t go back I was told I can come back another day and i’ll get it without charge. When i went back they completely refused. On insisting they made me wait for a longer time and made rude remarks & gestures.
This left me completely disappointed and in no mood to even eat this replacement food.
Great South Indian food!
This might be some of the best food you’ll find in the New York/New Jersey area. There’s no focus on ambiance or frills, but the flavors truly stand out. I found the vegetarian options to be even better than the non-vegetarian ones I tried. Definitely a spot I’d recommend over any halal cart food.
Too good loved the samosa chaat and Raji was so sweet and best
I’ve only tried the peri peri momos but they’re great! I could have them every day
Overall the food is tasty and good service. Enjoyed food with my friends, even though the restaurant is bit small
Bad service.
I recently ordered via uber eats , and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I ordered chole bhature, but to my disappointment, the chole was missing from the order. Additionally, I ordered a masala dosa, but the sauce had an unpleasant smell, making it inedible. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the quality of the food was disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves their service. I would appreciate a resolution to my order issue.Overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied and will think twice before ordering again

Really like the food and service.
Came here for the first time to buy some sweets. SO tasty and juicy. Everything was delicious. The sweets were a big hit and received a ton of compliments.
I recently visited Mishtaan with a few friends, and it turned out to be a fantastic dining experience.
I ordered the spicy veg momo, and it was absolutely delicious. The momos were soft yet perfectly steamed, with a flavorful vegetable filling that had just the right amount of heat. The spicy red chutney served alongside added an extra kick that elevated the dish. It’s easily one of the best momos I’ve had in the city.
My friends tried the chicken rice and pasta, and both dishes impressed us. The chicken rice was aromatic, with tender pieces of chicken and well-seasoned rice that was both hearty and satisfying. The pasta was creamy and rich, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, topped with herbs that added a fresh touch.
What stood out most was Mishtaan’s attention to detail—from the clean presentation of each dish to the quick and polite service. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction.
Overall, Mishtaan is a great spot for flavorful, well-prepared food. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended!
Steamed chicken and Kati Egg chicken momos are really good. Good quality is great.
Indian girl would not give me my Grubhub order because she was being racist. Very disrespectful and smirking. That’s why it’s empty. God don’t like ugly.
