I’m not one to write bad reviews but the food here was not good. I ordered bistec al caballo and pollo a la plancha both plates tasted so bland and were super dry, rice included. The only good thing were the two empandas i ordered. I ordered through uber eats and spent 50$ a waste.

Unfortunately the customer service is terrible. I buy my breakfast or lunch at least three times a week, since I work near the place, sometimes I buy up to two times on the same day. Today I bought some cutlery and asked if they could give me a sauce and they denied it, it didn't matter that I told them that I was a frequent customer of the place and that clearly the person who served me recognized me. They told me that if I didn't buy they couldn't give me the sauce. I hope they can improve care and try to be empathetic with the people we choose for them every day. It may be an insignificant encounter for many, but when one goes repeatedly, almost daily, this is quite sad.
