I ordered regular chicken and they served me spicy chicken, which I can't eat. Be more careful with your orders. The price is too high.

Worst popeyes experience ever. The workers working there in evening-night (around9-10 pm) shift feel so entitled tht they dont even care to talk properly. This particular one with having some scarf around her ears pretented tht she cant listen and rudely ignored the customer. Whatever personal battle she was fighting it was up to her but in customer centric business u cant show attitude that too when u work on a bare minimum salary. If popeyes is ever filing for bankruptcy she will be the top reason. Those workers over there need some kind of 'deal with customers' training or maybe increased compensation. They all look sad n dull n same is the attitude towards there work. The chicken died in d process of becoming a meal but these workers hardly care. They seems unbothered about everything and carry lot of ego n attitude.

Overall my experience could have been better. I've eaten at this location 3 times and have been let down each time, I don't live far, nor do I take long getting there and home, and you'd expect your chicken to be warm-hot/fresh but my chicken generally seems cold. My sides were warm. My Mac and cheese seemed a little off for texture. And the mashed potatoes were about the only good thing.
As for service, I'm not expecting a lot, but a smile goes a long way for me, the customer, and the team, as a customer it gives me confidence that the food was made with a sense of passion. I did not feel that here.
