I order here from Sakura Harrison every often and I usually get their Teriyakis always with white rice. This time I got rice drenched in soy sauce on both platters. It wasn’t the worst taste but white rice definitely pairs better with the dish. Just a matter of getting the order correct next time.

DEPLORABLE!! customer service. if i could give them 0 stars I WOULD! i have never in my life left a bad review on Google, but this place has the rudest staff, the worst customer service and resolution skills, and the food reviews should speak for themselves. quality was DISGUSTING, and they refused to give a refund or help in any way. they never answer their phones either! terrible terrible terrible service, do not ever order from here! waste of money, time, and energy! should be shut down! a few reviews down, someone said they found a ROACH in their food. 0/10

Order the teriyaki chicken they had some chicken on the grill already out of the rice. Add some of the teriyaki sauce. Very bland no flavor. Spring rolls were not bad, standard tasting rolls. Friendly staff.

The options for good and authentic Asian food in this area are limited. We have done Sakura for takeout a handful of times and they are pretty good for takeout/quick Asian food. The sushi is affordable and the fried rice portion sizes are huge. We have also tried a few of their appetizers including the seaweed salad and dumplings. All the food here tastes good and we have no complaints. Will order takeout from them again.

Sakura Japan may be looking like another fast food station , but their food is really good. Freshly prepared , always fresh . I am very picky because I am allergic to most food but that was never the case with Sakura Japan , no matter what I ordered it never caused any side effects due to their food including simple ingredients. From California roll to teriyaki chicken with steamed rice. Food is always prepared on demand and in real time. Customer for over 10 years here.

I ordered takeout from Sakura Japan and tried a couple of their vegan specialty rolls. The Buda Roll and Avocado Roll were decent, but I found the selection a bit limited for vegans. While the flavors were okay, I was hoping for a bit more variety. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust after finding a cockroach in my food during my recent order from your establishment. On 2/10/25 I ordered chicken teriyaki via uber eats and as I began eating, I was horrified to discover a dead cockroach embedded in the food.
Not only was this incident extremely unsettling, but it also raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food safety standards at your establishment. I was looking forward to enjoying a pleasant experience, but instead, I was left feeling disgusted and uneasy.

I’ve preferred from this place a few times hoping that Iy was a fluke that my order was bad but today I had two California roles and the cucumber was very hard and the rice also had bits of hard rice in which I had to spit out the hard grains. Another time I had ordered Kani salad in the past and it had a hair in it. This place does not care how they serve their food. The food doesn’t seem to be fresh.

Order Ubereat. The beef bento had rice that was too dry, like it was undercooked, Adjust the consistency of the white rice. . The cali roll was delicious, the restaurant didn't give soy sauce to eat with the bread and cali roll.
