The drive through ladies late at night are beyond rude for no reason. They just got the restaurant renovated and you’d think they would want to provide better service, no. Really bad customer service. Some don’t even speak English too.

I had the fries from there , I am sure it was them fries because I eat nothing after that .it was disgusting and after little while I started throwing up and it happen to me until next morning I vomit 8 times 4 in the evening and 4 in the next morning on empty stomach this is disgraceful, never ever again how ya feeding this disgusting food to people , 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮. I got proof and all that not lying ! Wtf is this I am still throwing up. 🤮one of the worst place to be getting food at and if you don’t want to get sick avoid it and I am not the only one who had gotten sick from this place many other people had given there reviews on this place and getting sick 🤢 after eating from there , now I can’t work idk for many days I am super mad 😡 at this Wendy’s ,

this wendys should just be a DRIVE THRU OR PICK UP ONLY (delivery apps) because we were just standing in front of the register for about 10 minutes after being told to “hold on a moment” after waiting 5 mins. i just wanted a $5 biggie bag.

Trying to keep this short. This incident happened today. Manager was extremely rude and would not help with my pickup. My order was clearly sitting on the side and getting cold even after looking at my pickup information she claimed it never came in. I had to call door dash to get her to help and she lied to them saying the order never came. After my full refund I ordered the same thing and she tried to give me the now watered down sprite that was sitting by my now cold food i was waiting for. Completely unprofessional and lacking customer service skills all around.

We entered there by chance, very unpleasant surprise. The friendliness was not there, there were only 3 customers and despite this our fries arrived cold, part of the order was missing, the tables were not cleaned and finally the stock was empty napkin!

I decided to go to Wendy’s before work with my friend who wanted to try Wendy’s breakfast for the first time and my girlfriend. We entered the store around 8:40. Once we entered the location, we were looking through the menu. I overheard a lady or young girl tell one of the employees that there were people waiting to order. I didn’t think anything about it since we were still figuring out what we wanted. Then the same girl said something about us in Spanish, complaining about why we were there so early to dine in. Mind you, we were most likely the first dine-in customers of the day. I was surprised myself to hear something like that coming from an employee of the place who is serving customers. My main concern was if she knew I spoke fluent Spanish, I highly believe she would not have said anything. After I ate my breakfast, I asked the young guy what time their dine-in service starts, and he told me it starts at 8. I informed him about the unprofessional comment made by a woman or girl working in the back. I couldn't believe how comfortable she felt to say that in her workplace. I used to work in a fast-food restaurant, specifically the store right across from you guys, which is Juicy Platters, and we were taught to provide great customer service. But it looks like in this organization they try to take advantage and make remarks about their customers. I hope this review reaches the manager, and she addresses this with her team so that for future reference, they may not take it as lightly.
